+ -1 moreGrout Superior repaired some grout issues in my master bath. An area immediately failed and needs to be repaired again. Ivan gave me dates he could make repairs and did not come back to repair on those dates. He is now unresponsive. I made it clear I do not expect the repairs for free, I will pay again, the grout still is not fixed.

+ -1 moreCompany replaced grout on shower floor 15 days ago. Upon arrival at my residence, representative stated that shower would be ready for use in 24 hours. Fifteen days later grout is still not dry. Company has been unresponsive to requests for follow-up assistance.
Description of Work: Clean tile and re-grout ceramic tile shower floor.

+ -1 moreNot sure yet. Only time will tell how it hold up. The crew was very unprofessional and left a big mess. I called the owner to let him know, but he didn't offer a clean up.

+ -1 moreOwner arrived with an assistant who did most of the work. He spent several hours removing the grout and redoing the floor throughout our kitchen He was pleasant and friendly. Did not disrupt the household and left no mess when he left. The floor looks 100% better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tile grout repair.
Description of Work: Removed loose grout in my kitchen and regrouted throughout and sealed.
