They were prompt and finished quickly. Very professional always.

We called Grissom second, because they had worked on my dad’s unit. But, Grissom wanted us to replace the entire fan outside and we did not do that. I like Grissom as a company, so I would give them a “B” on all the categories. The man that came out didn’t really understand that all that needed to be done was adjusting the fan.

Although these ionizers were very expensive, they were priced similar to another company. Initially the air ionizers did not work properly because of our HVAC set-up, but we were able to work out getting them placed in a more appropriate place inside the ductwork so that they would work better without being charged again. At first the ionizers did not remove the new construction VOCs, but after they moved them further down into the ductwork, they worked better at removing the fumes (but not all). We like that the ionizers also kill germs throughout the home. We're glad that Grissom was able to be flexible with us. They were nice folks to work with. They said that they will give us a free fall maintenance check since they could not redeem our Angie's List coupon on this particular job.

Took most of a morning. |My gas inlet had to be altered to fit the log set in what had been a wood |burning fire place. Great job of installation. |This unit works with flu open or shut. With flu closed, the heat rises out and heats up the wood mantle. I had to buy a metal shield for the mantle. |In future I will not buy a pilot light or a remote control. The pilot makes a hissing noise in a quiet room. The remote only works sometimes. |

The was service has been fantastic. Every time we have used them they have done a great job. They have gone out of their way to fix our system instead of taking on bigger jobs. They have great guys that work for them. They are truly a very good company.

They completed the work in one day. However, we had to call them back out in the beginning of October because the furnace came on, but the fan did not work. (The fan was not replaced.) They came out and found the problem and got things working. We also got free financing which was a great help!

Grissom Services were recommend by a friend and were very responsive from the 1st time I called. Darrell Fields performed the work. He is an honest person and was very nice to work with. Darrell will not leave the job until the system is operating properly, even if that requires changes that were unforeseen.

It was a Friday at about 9 PM in August, and about 102 degrees. Our A/C went out and he came out and fixed it, he stayed to make sure it was working. I was very pleased with his service. He is extremely professional and personable. He did not make us feel like we inconvenienced him at all by calling him that late on a weekend.

They are honest and work hard. I have used them for 50 years and won't use anyone else. They are reputable people and I feel like they tell you the truth about what you need or don't need. I can't recommend them high enough. There aren't many companies like this around today. They just

I have always have had great luck with them. We have used them for twenty plus years. The cost is always competitive. I have had other companies do service and this is by far the best company in the area.

We have used them for 40 years and they always do excellent work. The business was owned by the Grissom Brothers and we have used them since the 1960's. The business in the last 10 years has been run by someone else, some of the same workers they had are still doing the service calls. They are always available and any time we have had an emergency they have been very responsive to any needs we have had. I would highly recommend them. I think their rates are reasonable.
