Well, Mary called me on a saturday morning to set up the appointment. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what to expect on the day of inspection and after when it is time to have the results sent to me. She made it very clear that Griffith Home Analysis was there for me the client and if I had any questions or concerns they would make sure that they where addressed properly. The day of inspection went well even though my agent was there and was kind of picking with the inspector. Edward was very professional and held his own without being disrespectful. He made sure every nook and crany was inspected and if something concerned him he made sure I knew what to do to fix the situation. When I had questions he did not make me feel like a stupid female for asking. He answered my questions in detail to make sure I understood, even if I asked twice just to confirm which I do a lot he answered my questions and was not annoyed when I asked those questions. I would defiantly use them again if I need to and will refer when ever someone ask about an inspector. If you are a female first time home buyer I strongly suggest these guys. They are great.

I emailed a request for an inspection early in the week. I received a response within an hour that Edward would be available that Saturday morning and was given an estimate. I confirmed the appointment. I arrived at the house about 15 minutes early, and Edward was already there inspecting the outside of the home. I appreciate not only the fact that he was early but also that he took the initiative to began work instead of sitting in his truck. He also quickly assured me that I could follow him around and ask questions. He was very through and did not take a and quot;quick lookand quot; at everything like other inspectors I have had in the past. As a matter of fact, we too several trips around the house making sure that nothing was overlooked. Edward was very conscious of explaining what he was looking for and why. When he did find an area of concern, he explained what he found, why it was or could be a problem, and how to fix it. It was clear Edward was very knowledgeable about all aspects of maintaining a house. Overall the inspection took approximately 3 hours from start to finish, though it may have been all the questions I asked. After the inspection was completed, Edward took the time to go over everything we had discussed, including what he felt was the most immediate problems. He had a very detailed report emailed to me within 24 hours. Overall, the experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend Griffith to everyone. Hopefully this will be the only time I need their services; however, if not, I will definitely call them again.

Inspection was easy to set up and owner was able to dot he inspectionw hen we needed. He met me at the house. He was about 30 mintues late, although he did call to say to he was running late. He did a very thorough inspection and went over everything he found with me, detailing what should be fixed and helping me understand what he was seeing and pointed out things in and around the home to watch out for in the coming years. The home we are looking to buy is about 40 years old. He was very knowledgable about other homes in the area of similar age and had even inspected the home next door. He was able to provide us with a level of comfort as to the previous maintenance of the home with his expereince. He provided us with a detailed report within about 2 days. He was very easy to work with, very knowledgable about home conidtions.

It was easy to schedule an inspection by calling their office number. When the day came, Mr. Griffith was patient and answered all of my questions in the course of the inspection. After the inspection his office sent me the written reports, one each for the house inspection and one for the drywall results. I plan to use him again. I only wish he'd offer a discount.

Andrew was prompt. He was detailed in his inspection and did not mind me following him around and making notes. He answered all my questions and gave his opinions when requested. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. He provided us with a comprehensive report the day after the inspection. I would definitely hire him again.

Andrew Griffith performed the inspection. He was just a few minutes late to the house, but it was Saturday and we weren't in any great hurry. He was extremely thorough inside and out, and explained everything he was reviewing. He answered all of our questions, pointed out what would need to be contracted and what we could do ourselves. We even got a big binder as part of the inspection, detailing basic homeowner DIY repairs and regular maintenance. The inspection report was emailed to us around noon on Monday. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent very thorough inspection, even under tough conditions (no electricity). Found some issue we never even considered as potential issues. The result was an extensive report with photos of all the problem areas. The report was delivered electronically the very next day. We will definitely use this inspector on all our future investment deals. Love the professional website allowing for online scheduling.

Griffith Home Analysis was amazing. He would knock your socks off with how smart and thorough he was. He really knew what he was doing and what he was looking for. He use to be a builder and now he is an engineer, which really helps. He carried good insurance himself just in case, but he should never need it. I'd grade him higher, if I could.
