The sun room has leaked ever since they have installed it. I have had to call them several times to get this corrected. I have spoken to the man who sold me the sun room Tommy Puckett who is the president. They have caulked around the corners to help try and stop the leaking. When it would rain it would leak again. It started to leak all around the whole sun room now. I have tried several times to get this fixed. The last few times I have spoken to Tommy he said our sun room is out of warranty. Said he would have to get back to me and hangs up on me. We have moved since then and the rented out the town home. The tenants who are there now are having the same problem. It is now leaking into the kitchen because they did not put down any footing causing mold to get inside and going down the walls. We have had to get mold testing 2-3 times. The sheet rock has been ruined and there is tons of mildew which we had to get treated. We have had to clean the indoor/outdoor carpet in the room several times but the water continue to keep coming under it. We have had to put in new sheet rock several times, painted the room several times and it has caused us so much extra expenses. The whole roof was not pitched right to drain water off. Water stands on the roof. It just was not installed right and I am tired of having it caulked. It has been nothing but problems since the installation. I have had probably at least 6 different other contractors out to try to get the problems fixed. The last contractor did put in flashing and it has stopped the leaking for now. This is the fifth time we have had flashing put in and we keep just having flashing put on top of flashing. This has caused the back door to not close properly, wind comes in that back door very badly and water comes up under it. They are not able to fix the problems Greatview has caused me.

Can you give a company a lower rating than F. This was the single most horrible experience we have ever had with a contractor. On June 29. 2010 we signed a contract for a Four Seasons sunroom and were told construction would take 10 weeks from the signing. On August 04, 2010 we OK'd the drawings. The sunroom was not complete until mid January 2011. In Fact it is still not complete. At each stage of the process we would present the check required by the contract and then the crew would disappear. There were 1 million and 1 excuses for each delay. They would eventually show up and do work to the next level of payment and then disappear again for weeks at a time. They had a lot of our money and they virtually held us hostage. Thay failed to advise us that Four Season's propriatory door left a very dangerous threshould at the top of a long and steep set of stairs. Correcting this required building a new stairway at an additional $1,400.00. When the room was finally completed the work crew left trash, scraps, cigarette butts and filth behind. We got them to return and they picked up a little. Unfortunately, stupid us, we gave them their final payment. A few weeks after the job was completed the sunroom must have settled a bit and the door was put in a bind. The salespersons cell phone had been dicsonnected and the number for Greatview was answered by a recorded message. We contacted Four Seasons and eventually a repair person (a subcontractor for the local distributor) showed up and repaired the door. While he was here he noticed that the Four Seasons Distributor's construction crew failled to install five (5) window shims and told us he would return to install them. That was several weeks ago ...
Description of Work: We employed Greatview Sunrooms the local Authorized Four Seasons Sunrooms Dealer to Glass in an existing screened porch.
