Unfortunately, we did get a termite infestation, but General did a thorough job of retreatment and repair. It is no exaggeration to say the repairs were as good as new. General's inspectors and their repair contractor were both very polite and considerate and went out of their way to work around my busy schedule. I am really impressed that this company takes its customer's needs seriously.

They come out whenever you call them between services. They can spray their stuff inside or outside. They are very friendly, professional, and always call to remind me the day before they come.

They come every quarter and do a good job. I am very pleased with them. They work with me with respect to the time. They have been fine and come in the noon. They have also done a treatment in the past.

They call and remind you when they're coming and also to remind you when your contract is about due. They're punctual and informative. They offer suggestions to help prevent termites. They are professional and I would recommend them to anybody.

I would use them again in the future.

I have used General Pest Control for about 2 years now and finally had to drop them for poor services. They were nice, professional, and punctual, but did not fix the problems that I hired them to fix. Even though they routinely did treatments on my property, my wife and I consistently found roaches in our house. I would guess that in the last 2 years, we've had to kill about 15 roaches in our house within a week after a treatment is done. We live in a nice home in a good neighborhood, and there is no reason this should be happening. When I called them about it, they said that was normal, but my neighbors don't experience those issues, so I would have to disagree. After much disappointment I finally canceled them this week and am going to go with somebody else.

Pat has been with General for years, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. General has maintained my termite bond over five years. Appreciate very much that THEY keep track of my service due dates and contact me to schedule. Excellent customer service.

I have used General Pest Control for nearly a decade for Termite control. I would say that in recent years, their inspections have been extremely thorough which surprised me because in the past, they would barely note anything. I don't know what changed this but I like it. They make tons of recommendations for things that need to be done, but not necessarily things that benefit them.

He is just fantastic – he is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very thorough. He does the specific treatments also if he sees anything unusual.

It is a required service in Alabama. I would use them again.

I really hate spiders, and when I had seen a few of them I knew it was time to call someone. I had heard some good thing about General Pest I decided to give them a try. They set a date to come inspect and then we sat down, and they explained all of my options and answered all of my questions.

I have the same person come out every year and inspect my home. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He is a nice pleasant man. We have used this company for 12 years and never had any complaints with them.

General Pest Control Inc does a great job inspecting for termites. The gentleman who comes out is very thorough and makes sure he gets every little nook of my home. He always explains what he is doing and what is very important to me. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will continue using this company in the future.

Almost everybody in the subdivision use these guys. They are not one of those fancy franchise type companies. I always see the white trucks with the plain black lettering and no one thinks twice about letting them around, when no one is at home, because they're very trustworthy. I go with the quarterly contract for $75. If we see any bugs these guys come back out with no additional charge, no matter how many times we call, it is no extra fee.

They will call me every 3 months and find out when would be the best time to come, and they are here within 30 minutes of the appointment time, which is good for that type of business. They are very personable and nice, and the same 2 technicians have served us for 10 years. The company and their people are Christian. They will do what they say they will do, and if you have any problems, they will come back. They spray around the garage doors and the garage where you might have mice.

General Pest Control is too expensive, and I guess I am not particularly pleased with the service. I paid $1200 to have these three big stakes put around my home. They are supposed to keep any kind of insect or bug away from my home. I have a bug phobia. I guess it does a pretty good job. They also come here about every six weeks for another treatment. That is $70 every 3 months. I am moving very soon, so I don t have to worry about it for here anymore, but I probably would not use their service again.
