Geek Squad - Best Buy

Charges are entirely too high. Have to purchase a 1, 2, or 3 year contract before they will even look at your computer and pay $99.99 just to run a diagnostic.

Smooth, considering we had two dishwashers fail. I rated a c on quality because two dishwashers failed, but they really did everything expected to resolve the problem.

I told them what I wanted them ti check out and they wrote it down. They told me that it would be OK in an hour. By the time I went back, it was not yet fixed. They told me they found something else and had to fix it when in fact, the problem was not fixed. They were just so unprofessional. They are like a bunch of kids. All the time I spent was just wasted.

A+ very great with an "old lady" not great with tech. he came out ran all his programs insatlled a great program and i know now i am safe and i don't have to worry about about this Hacker to get into my laptop anymore. The Guys name was Anthony Davis. even when i had a few things that i did not understand i called the Geek Squad and Anthony Came back out the Next Day and showed me what i had an issue with.

Best Buy did good work on my computer. It now works perfectly again. The service costs were covered by warranty. They came here to my home to do the repairs. They were here on time. The technician was very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

I bought my computer from Best Buy and that is why I chose to go to them to get rid of the virus. They are cheaper than actually removing it from your computer yourself. Not only that, but they are sure to get rid of it without causing any further damage. They charged me by the hour, which was not bad because they only had the computer for about 40 minutes. I am satisfied that the virus is gone. I will say that I am pleased with everything I experienced with this matter.

Even though I used them due to the fact I had an existing warranty, I would gladly use them for future work when it expires. They did a great job and I've had no problems with the laptop since. I found they made me fully aware of the problem and readily addressed any questions and concerns I had. I was very pleased with the time it took to get the work done and they had it back to me in eight days. Based on what I know they charge very reasonable rates for repairs. I've recommended Best Buy to my two sons and they've had nothing but good experiences with them as well.
