Ive used him for many years. He's always been very fair with me.

I believe the solution they came up with was sufficient, but I would suggest that they listen better and let the customer describe the full extent of their issues. I was only quoted for roughly half of what I needed, for when I suggested they walk with me to show them more, I turned around and they had walked away. It was at the this point they lost me.

Grant, the owner, was wonderful to work with! He checked in with me as the job progressed, it was started when he said it was going to be and done in the time frame he gave us. I could reach him any time and he was very patient with all the questions and mid project changes I made. He was very understanding of all my concerns as I had used a different landscaping company to do a project a couple of years ago and they did a terrible job (which was very upsetting considering how much the project cost) so I was nervous about this project. There was no need to be nervous as it turned out great! I wish I had used Gardner Landscaping for that previous job as they did excellent work!! The crew that he sent to do our project did a great job, were professional and friendly, always cleaned up so nicely at the end of every day and worked hard to make sure our existing yard was not damaged by equipment. The crew foreman was so friendly and didn't mind me asking questions and making little changes and requests. We could not be happier with the job they did and we think Grant was very fair in the cost of the job. What he quoted was what we paid with no hidden extra charges. At the end of the job Grant came by again to make sure we were pleased with everything (he came by several times). We would highly recommend Gardner Landscaping!!

We started with another landscaper and it didn't go well. We decided to complete the project with Gardner Landscape. They came by quickly and looked at the yard. Within a matter of minutes came up with a plan to complete and draw together the whole yard. He also placed plants before planting them and had us approve or change plant / location so that we got the exact look we wanted. Our yard now has a finished and beautiful look. We have other projects in mind and will definitely call him when the time arises.

Grant and his team did an amazing job. He checked back in several times and replaced several pieces of sod that weren't doing well without me even asking him to. It is now 4 months later and everything is doing beautifully and growing well. I am planning to have Brad do my front yard in the next few months. I highly recommend Grant and his team and plan to use them whenever I have landscaping needs. OUTSTANDING and easy to work with!

It was perfect. I've also used him at my Mountain Brook house for other projects. Always exactly what I've asked for.

The estimate was about $24000. They responded to the arranged appointment time. They did everything just like they should and there were no complaints. They were a pleasure to work with. The wall that I wanted to put in was an expensive investment and I would not get my money back out of it; so I thought that I would go in a different direction. They were terrific.

They did everything they said they were going to do in a timely fashion and for a good price.

Excellent - exceeded expectations. Showed up promptly for all meetings and responded quickly to questions and any adaptations/options we requested for consideration. Was very good about outlining pros and cons of various scenarios and with ideas related to the design that we brainstormed together. He was good at outlining which ideas would add long lasting value to the home if we sold and which were more aesthetic - which helped us prioritize within our budget. The workers were right on time, professional, completed the job on time, very clean and each day left the site in great shape rather than materials and debris scattered about while the job was underway. Owner of the company was hands on to check and oversee the project. We actually added some additional items to the original plan once here as we're so pleased with the work and reasonable costs. Never felt pressured in any way to take one direction or another; just got good advice and options within our budget. Would highly recommend and are pleased with the outcome as we have and quot;livedand quot; with the additions now for several months. Really enjoy our backyard and entertaining as well as lighting fir area thar was previously not functional. Definitely added as much value to the home as we invested. Five star rating.

It went very well. We live on top of a small ridge and wanted a walkway to edge of the ridge and stone bench on the edge of the ridge so we could watch the sunsets. Gardner provided a competitive quote and was awarded the job. They were very professional. They showed up on time. The workers cleaned up every day. The job was completed a day ahead of schedule. Gardner used quality materials. The workers put some nice finish touches on the edge of the walkway. The walkway and bench have stood up to the test of time. I would definitely use them again.

I am giving the nursery a B on price and quality simply because the flowers looked more depleted that even Lowes or Home Depot and the flats were more expensive than either of the super stores. I went to the nursery expecting I would find a BETTER product. I ended up buying the flats because of the personal and thoughtful service and I gratefully paid for the expertise.

.They are very prompt, professional and they work clean. When you call them you actually get a fast answer instead of recording and that sort of thing and the owner is very curious and professional.

I initially spoke with Grant Gardner the owner, who came tp my house and gave me an estimate for the work to be performed. We agreed on a price, and the work was performed pretty much exactly as he had said it would be. The worker showed up when he was supposed to. I used Gardener landscape services twice. It was a different person each time who came to do the work. I think for a full service lawn maintenance company they are probably dependable and honest. However, I think that I was probably just not their correct client. Every service I asked about was additional money. The price given to me to cut the grass and weed eat didn't include my back area which has no grass, but needs to be weed-eated and kept neat. Also, I have a natural pine straw area in the front, and they wanted $50 more to weed-eat that area. To me, that is just part of the yard and should be included in the price. Again, Mr. Gardener was accessible and responsive. If you are looking for a full-service landscape service they may serve you very well. However, If you are looking for a yard service who will just keep your grounds trimmed and neat, and do what has to be done, when it needs it, they may not be a good match for you.

I had some drainage issues resolved, a bed cleared out and replanted and some additional small plantings. Grant and his crew performed all work in the time specified and for the price of the estimate. Grant called to check in win me after the work was completed to make sure I was happy with the work. The entire process was a pleasant experience.

The quality of the work was good and the price paid for the installation of the sod was exactly as estimated. The sprinker work turned out to be a little more expensive than anticipated, but the quality of the work was good.

Grant Garnder came out promptly pursuant to an inquiry to do an estimate. Upon hearing from me that the estimate was much beyond what we had envisioned, he came back out to discuss details further and worked with us to come up with a plan that would accomplish what we wanted at a price we could work with. He clearly wanted our business and worked to get it. The job was done quickly and professionally despite the large amounts of rain. Grant and his crew worked hard and quickly. Our yard and the fence look wonderful. It was a pleasure having Gardner Landscaping do this work for us. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend this company to anybody.

Secured several quotes and ideas from 3 landscape lawn companies. Negotiated on final results and chose Gardner. Professional estimate and presentation. Began project on date specified. Took 3 full days as specified. Removed old plants which had become too large and prepared the area with tilling and top soil. Planted 90 assorted plants and moved a few existing plants to new locations. Also pruned some existing plants and one Vitec tree. Provided and installed pine straw. Inspected and adjusted existing sprinkler system. Please with the process and would recommend

I was very impressed with Garndner's. They were actually on time to our meeting and they gave us a full detailed estimate on the spot! You can't find that anywhere else. However, they were about $4,000 more than another company we had interviewed. We decided to use the other company because $4,000 is a big difference. However, the other company is hard to get in touch with and never on time. Hope we didn't make the wrong choice!

I could not be more pleased. Everything from start to finish went so smoothly. Grant and his crew were so great--knowledgeable, professional, friendly and hardworking. They included me in every step of the way to make sure I was pleased. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard the entire time; no leaning on shovels and talking, etc. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled off all trash. They even did some things that were outside the contract.
