Description of Work: Furnace Vent cleaning. Freedom did a thorough, courteous job of cleaning my furnace vents; however, they didn't pull much dirt out of the vents. I still have dust issues in one room. The most annoying snag was that they scheduled the service for one day, and they arrived a day early--at a time that we could not accommodate their service. We rescheduled for another day, and all was well.

Description of Work: Provider did not show for scheduled appointments. Was told 9:30am, called them at 10:30am and they said the technician was on his way and was running late due to an unforeseen meeting with manager, then I called an hour later to find out they went to the wrong address and attempted to call me on a 1-800 number??? They were full of excuses but short on service. Poor communication, I had to call them to find out why they were not here when promised each time.

Description of Work: Maintenance service for A/C.

Description of Work: Cleaned ducts and dryer vent. The worker was polite but left some things out of place. They were also hours late but did call once to let me know they would be. Always hard to know if duct cleaning is really helpful as it is difficult to see ducts, but the worker did a nice job cleaning the duct openings.

Description of Work: The two techs were on time. Nice guys. They were cleaning my outside condenser/coils. One was certified, one was training. Rather than give me a service call and do a good job, they are primarily interested in selling me a service contract. My air unit was running almost 24 hours a day. So there was obviously something not allowing the system to cut off. Keep in mind I called these guys because my regular HVAC guy could not get to me in a timely fashion. Ended up having to call my guy after they left. The coil they cleaned was still really dirty. It needed coolant, and it needed a new filter. I had just changed the filter in May. But I felt like I paid for something I didn't get. And they were pushing the contract. Not pleased with my investment.

Description of Work: I had the service tech come out for the seasonal check-up and he also noticed that the unit ad low feron and the capacitor was old. The charges totaled 275 more than the groupon and I agreed to the charges. The work was done in a quick manner and I was happy with the service call.

Description of Work: Cleaned outside coil, checked refrigerant charge, visually inspected electrical components in outside unit, checked starting amp draw, checked inside coil for refrigerant leak. Technicians showed up on time, and performed work competently.

Description of Work: This coupon was given to my daughter who used the service offered. It was system checkup in fall and again in spring. She told me it was favorable experience. That is all I know. The cost was whatever I paid for the coupon....has been so long I don't remember.

Description of Work: I had Freedom do an annual maintenance on both of my HVAC systems. They preformed the services and found an issue with one of my units, however the service technician inquired if I had a home warranty and suggested I use it rather than pay additional out of pocket. I appreciated the way they looked our for my interests.

Description of Work: They told me that my A/C system was un-repairable I need a whole new system at a price tag of 5k+ dollars. |I got a second opinion and Western repaired the system for a few hundred dollars. (it was a line that had a whole worn in it, all it took was some soldering and protecting of the section that had worn).

Description of Work: The technician did a dryer vent cleaning, a furnace inspection, and serviced the air handler on the A/C. He was very thorough and recommended other maintenance options for our consideration. He noted that the evaporator coils were rusted, but we decided to replace them at another time. We were very satisfied with his work.
