Description of Work: They were very unskilled and one of the guys seemed to be on drugs..I did speak with his supervisor and he did not return..someone else finished the job..took a span of five days to finish a one day job..the guy who finished was very nice but he was unskilled..if my son had not been here ...they would have done even less than they did..very disappointed...you need to remove them from your list..if you don't thenI will assume that other advertisers are not any better than these...

Description of Work: At first I was complimentary on their professionalism (on time, courtesy, etc.) However, once the energy audit began, I knew the guy they sent out did not know or care about the air/heat loss I was experiencing. He asked me how much was my gas/power bill each month. After I explained to him that I thought he was going to do an energy audit of my home to determine where I might need insulation, weatherstripping, etc. Maybe I misunderstood what I purchased. He then looked at my system insulation and duct work and I asked him to check the attic for me to see if I had enough insulation there. He did but he really did not seem to be knowledgeable about what I needed. I felt, because of the conversation, that he really was there to see if I needed another HVAC unit rather than an energy audit. When he went outside to his truck, I knew he was going in the back of the house to look at my AC unit. He did. When he returned he tried to sell me a maintenance agreement for my AC unit. So, although he did the things I asked him to do, I didn't get any real help or suggestions for controlling my heat/air loss.
