The majority of the time was spent on a check of my A/C system and I felt a lot of pressure to replace some parts and I had just had the system repaired a few weeks prior. Not bad/not what I really needed.

Description of Work: The technician Charles was very profession he did an A/C inspection. The fan motor was turning in the wrong direction and he balanced refrigerant.

Description of Work: Did a complete A/C system diagnosis, provided detailed explanation on the two specific issues that were causing the AC system to not be able to cool the apartment efficiently. They also offered to contact the owner/ maintenance crew to explain the technical aspect of the required repairs.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal. Entered my preferred times and provider responded with call XXX-XXX to schedule a time. So I called and asked to schedule an appointment and told them I purchased on Angies List. They took my information and said someone would be returning my call to set up an appointment since I was a new customer. I waited several days and was never followed up with. Provider wouldn't respond to messages and only after messaging them through Angie's List did they respond. Weren't apologetic that they hadn't done their part to follow up. I had been more than patient but it was a somewhat time sensitive service and that time has come and gone over the two weeks Freedom & Cooling has ignored my requests for an appointment. Only today after I asked for a refund did they offer to come out and provide the service I have already paid for. I expect more from Angie's List providers and this was probably the worst experience I've had with anyone so far. Definitely don't think I will be purchasing any other deal through the site if this is the kind of service you can expect to receive.
