Description of Work: Nearly 2 hours after scheduled arrival time, I had to call the company to find out what had happened (no one attempted to call to explain the reason for being late; I had to call them again) the repairman blamed a faulty GPS. |The repairman seemed to be professional in his review of my AC system's problem, but a price tag of $1500 for replacing a warrantied part seemed extremely outrageous. I ended up contacting another company and had them do the job, but one-third of the price. Won't ever contact freedom again.
