It was excellent, really great. The result is good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We were remodeling and that is incredibly hard to find, people who just come out and they never tried to upsell us. It was just, they came and they did what they said they were going to do. They were on time. That's big. That was important to me. They were very concise, very knowledgeable. We did some comparative analysis and that is right in line, pricing is right.

A little while later he came and got me o show what my problem was. He said I tested this part and its good, but the compressor is bad and that I needed to replace it, but would be better off replacing my whole unit which they gave me an estimate of $ 5,600. I called out another company. The tech arrived same day he replaced the capacitor which was bad and not letting the compressor come on. Come to find out the tech from Freedom Heating and Cooling changed the wiring up on the unit out side so when he showed me what the problem was it really looked like the problem. After my air conditioner was fixed by the second company. I called and talked with the General Manager of Freedom Heating and Cooling. I explained to him what had happened. he apologized and told me to contact List to get my money back. So here I am filling out this paper work to get my money back.

They're a good service provider. I still use them. Their customer service is awesome. They're available 24/7. They're reliable and committed to servicing you. They call you to make sure everything is okay. You don't feel like they're harassing you, though.Their prices are reasonable. They didn't send me into shock. The first time we saw them, they replaced some coils in the system. They're available and accessible. You don't have to wait and wonder. They're timely and dependable. They're respectful. They come in and cover their feet. They're an awesome company

The job went great. The Freedom team was very professional and did everything I ask them to do and more. I knew ahead of time what to expect during the replacement of my heating and air conditioner. They did a great job and I will use them for any HVAC needs I have in the future. My last power bill was $71.39 in the month of June and my house is about 2000 square feet.

Salesman reviewed the options with my husband and I. I am not sure that I made a well researched decision. But, I needed to make a decision. The salesman was very professional. The installation went ver well. The system is running very well so far.

They were great. I was pleased with everything they did. I was pleased with the follow-up that they had. I had to call them once after it had been installed. They were very good about coming back out here and fixed whatever it was with no charge. It was part of their installation. I am very pleased with them. They were professional, they were friendly, they gave me a good price and they guaranteed their work. Actually I called them out on a service call because my current air conditioner was acting up. They actually told me that they can fix what it was but it wouldn’t last long. They were upfront about that. They told ultimately I was going to need a new air conditioner if I didn’t want to keep having service calls. I ended up buying a new air conditioner and I am glad that I did. I didn’t believe from the very beginning that they were trying to sell a new air conditioner. I think they actually were upfront and honest with me. They were good.

They are okay. It is under warranty, it is deductible from our home warranty.

We had two technicians that came out in an effort to get us up and running for the weekend. Both technicians were professional, polite, and efficient. Michael, the tech that completed the job late Fri evening, really went the extra mile for us. I would definitely recommend using Freedom.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and the services were fine. They did what they were supposed to do, but we had a little incident with the installer. My wife caught him going through her dirty clothes so we had to call the contractor. He ended up doing the job, but my wife did not stay in the house because she was not comfortable. It was an awkward situation. Then we had a tool come up missing. The contractor actually fired the installer. I would use them again because the owner handled everything really well. I guess the work seems to be fine; everything seems to be working. The deal was $100 for one unit and he also did our second unit for about $50 so he did better than his guaranteed coupon. In the long run it came out well.

Took advantage of the Angie's List pre-paid Duct Cleaning and System Inspection Deal for which was badly needed in this old house. The Freedom H&C technician cleaned the ducts as advertised and was considerate of my wife and kids that were at home during the cleaning. He inspected the aging HVAC unit and made some recommendations as part of Freedom's 39 point inspection. Freedom offers an extended maintenance/service plan which I did not choose to participate in at this time. All in all, it was well worth the money for the duct cleaning and the status on my system. The technician was more than friendly and I would most definitely do business with Freedom again in the future. Would recommend.

So far so good. They were prompt and very professional. Matt arrived the first day and explained everything in great detail. Also spoke with Steve who gave me valuable information about energy improvements needed in my home. Audie came out and did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts and servicing the unit. Our HVAC had went on the fritz. We had used several Angie's List coupons to bring in multiple contractors and review the issues with the HVAC. All of the contractors we hired said basically the same thing - we needed a new unit. We sourced several contractors and reviewed their estimates. After everything was said and done Freedom had the best price on the unit, installation and condition review. They reviewed the duct work and sealed all joints, removed the indoor unit with no mess or hassle, installed a new unit in the attic and installed the heat pump outside. They also installed a thermostat, it came with the system. I was happy with the salesman, and the installers. My only issue was the thermostat install. I had bought a Honeywell thermostat to install in the house. The installers attempted to install the thermostat prior to having the equipment running. They came back with the response it wasn't compatible. I had preferred they installed their thermostat first and got the equipment up and running before they attempted to install a different type of thermostat. Now I'm left to remove the old thermostat and install the new one myself to see if it will actually is a compatibility issue or apathy on the part of the installer. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy I have a new unit and it runs great; however I'd prefer to have similar thermostats in my house (2 - levels). Also, the installer was courteous and professional.

Called company; representative came to inspect and set up a crew to complete installation of new unit that same afternoon. Two-man crew arrived on time and job was completed in less than three hours. Old unit was removed; crew was professional and task proceeded in a timely manner. We did add additional BTU's over the amount in the Angie's List, which added additional cost, but, we are totally satisfied with the result, and we would recommend this company to others and use them again ourselves.

From the initial contact, nothing but praises. Jeff was very professional, listened to what we wanted and designed a new system. The installers were on time and completed the job as promised.

Went extremely well. He was clean, thorough, friendly.

They were great. They're pretty prompt. They come out as soon as they can squeeze you in.

This company lied to us about our unit having holes in the heating chamber and about the age of the unit. The manager even came out with the two techs and verified that they had in-fact negligently called surface rust "holes" in the heating chamber. The manager went as far as to say the tech's were not honest and that they would be reprimanded. But even after the manager came out, the president of the company (Don), refused to pay us any money we spent due to the false findings. I would strongly reccomend nobody use this company. Everyone I dealt with at this company from the tech up to the president was at best negligent and at worst dishonest.

The technician had no idea what he was doing, the coupon or why we hired him. We had to print off the deal and explain. He suggested changing my thermostat and even to create an alarm on my dryer, which I cleaned. It seemed they used the deal to try and upsell other services which I did not want to purchase. I would not reccomend this service provider. The fee ended up being $300 more than the service I originally purchased, then another $2-300 thermostat that could have been purchased cheaper elsewhere. He also wanted to have us sign a year contract of servicing with payment upfront!

Overall my experience with Freedom was very positive. When I contacted for an estimate they sent someone out that same day. Steve Miles was very professional and helpful. The quote for the work was very much in line with other quotes I had received. The only reason I did not go with them to replace my A/C was that their price was consistent with the quote I had received from the company who had been servicing my unit for a number of years and I felt some loyalty to go with them. If I had not had that prior relationship I would have used Freedom most definitely. Just based off the interactions we did have.

I can't remember exactly how much it cost but it was a special offer and very reasonable.

They were absolutely terrific. He was extremely thorough and I did not doubt him. I had a very, very good feeling so I went on and purchased an agreement with them. I was very, very happy and I'm gonna pass that name onto my home warranty people because I'm gonna specify that I want Freedom Heating and Cooling to come instead of any other airconditioning people. I was that pleased with them. They were one of the most professional people that have been in here in a long time.

The technician arrived on time. He was quiet and very polite. He did the work quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with the results.

They kept trying to talk me into changing out the hoses. They said they couldn't undo them to clean them out. I insisted that they try, and lo and behold they were able to undo them and clean them out.

The service tech (forgot his name) was on time professional and Jeff the supervisor was professional and honest and presented several options for resolutions! They have great follow up considering we were going to do the initial duct cleaning the week of the first storm, and then I had to change at the last minute the next week and then the other storm, etc. Will be glad to follow up in 2 weeks when all is done.

They completed the job in a very timely manner. Jeremy was very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company.
