He set a quote appointment for a Thursday evening. After leaving work early he never showed. Then he showed up at my home unannounced to give me a quote while I was at work. I called the following day and accepted the quote. He said that he would email the contract. He never did. I called back a couple of days later and he again said that he would send the contract and quote. I never got either. I gave up as the function that I had planned had come. I am still searching.
