+ -1 moreIt was fine, he tell me exactly what it was, he fix it. He let me know what the issue is. The price was very reasonable for the work he did. He was always on time and I've been using him for a lot of years. I would recommend him to any people.
Description of Work: He inspects all the houses that I have and serviced my personal and lake house. The air handler was not cooling and he figured that out.

Description of Work: I've used this company over the past 7 years. They replaced AC units for me and were very reasonablely priced. Quoted me serveral options for new units with installation and beat other price quotes. I continue to use Expert AIr Systems for routine seasonal maintenance.

+ -1 moreNo complaints what-so-ever. I received an estimate within a couple of hours of calling him. He had no problems changing plans when I called to ask about upgrading to a better unit the next day. He arrived around 10am and had the system installed in about 4 hours. Everything was clean and working perfectly by 2pm. I look forward to having him do my anual system maintenance.
Description of Work: Chris installed a Carrier Performance system in about 4 hours (no duct work). That was the heat pump, air handler, and digital thermostat. The system is working great. He found a major installation error by the contractor that installed my original system when the house was built in 98. My old system never did perform very well. Now I know why. One of the copper tubes from the outside to the inside unit was kinked almost closed! Mike is neat in appearance, prompt, courteous, and above all performs very quality work. My very hot house here in Alabama cooled down 10 degrees in 2 hours after he finished. I was using a borrowed window unit that could only mange to pull the temp down 5 degrees in the living room compared to the outside temperature. His price was the same for a Performance Carrier 15 SEER as what other estimates were for contractor grade 13 SEER units of various brands. About a week after installation water condensed on the top of the air handler ran down inside and shorted a transformer. Chris came out and repaired the system within 5 hours. Fixed it so that this shouldn't happen again. Great job. Now I need to get the excessive humidity under my house under control.
