Executive Clean Solutions

The cleaning I received from EXECUTIVE CLEAN SOLUTIONS was awesome! I live in the Ross Bridge area and my home is 4 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms. It has been needing a really good cleaning for some time now but I just have not had time to do it or to make the phone calls to set up a professional cleaning. Finally, over the holidays, I was referred by a friend of mine to EXECUTIVE CLEAN SOLUTIONS. My friend has been using them for about a year (maybe a year and a half) and seems to be extremely pleased with the job that they have done for her and her family. I actually left a message on their voice mail on Christmas Eve morning (just so I wouldn't lose the number or forget to do it) and was NOT expecting to get a response or call back for at least two or three days. To my surprise, someone called me back within a couple of hours and was happy to give me a rough cost estimate over the phone based on the questions I answered regarding my home. They also went ahead and set my appointment up for today (Jan. 5th)...they offered to arrange the cleaning sooner, but I just couldn't make it happen on my end, but I was very pleased that they were able to work me in so quickly. Someone came out for a quick visit on Friday (Jan. 2nd) to do a thorough walk-thru and give me a final price quote. This was pretty quick and easy, and also meant that I didn't have any surprise costs and they didn't have any surprise cleaning to do once they got here (I totally understand why this is a useful step for all parties involved). Basically it just helped for us to get on the same page which made me feel sooooo much better. The cleaning today was amazing! The ladies who cleaned my home were beyond nice, and extremely patient with my last minute questions when they arrived. My house isn't "filthy", but let me assure you that it needed a good, thorough cleaning. All of my floors were vacuumed, the hard surface floors were cleaned and then mopped (scrubbed), all of my trash was collected and taken out, my kitchen was sparkling when they got done with the counters, sinks, and appliances. The bathrooms look so, SO good (can I just say that I don't want to use them they look so good), and the bedrooms were tidy, organized, the beds were made, the sheets were changed on the beds that needed a linen change, and all of my dirty clothes were taken to the laundry room. My baseboards (which I had no idea were so dirty--until I saw them after they were cleaned) were cleaned, pictures and surfaces dusted, ceiling fans were cleaned (again, I had no idea how much "stuff" was on those things until I saw it coming off of them)...I feel like I'm forgetting something, but it just looked so good after they were done. I think it took about three hours but I thought that was awesome considering how much needed to be done, and they also explained that a first time cleaning takes longer than a subsequent cleaning (it also costs a little more the first time but again, that makes sense to me). For now I am on their schedule for every two weeks and I was told that it should be the same ladies in my home each time. That makes me feel better because I had a service that I tried out two or three years ago and it seemed like there were different people every single time...just no consistency to the quality of the cleaning and that bothered me, which is why I just haven't had anyone clean my home for quite a while now. They will clean whether I am here or not, which is great with my work schedule, so I can just leave a key if I need to, and they just seemed to be very respectful of my stuff...no throwing stuff around, they seemed to be very careful with everything they touched or moved. I'm typically not big on doing reviews but I have some other project around my home that I need to hire some folks to do, so I figured I would use angies list and I might as well use the review section, especially since this was just a really good experience...plus my son is paying for it so I'm going to take advantage of my membership. I would highly recommend Executive Clean Solutions and I think you will be as happy, if not more so than I am. Very handy! My next cleanings will probably run about $150-175 (I've misplaced my quote sheet but I know it's one or the other) and in comparison to the service I used before, as well as other quotes I have received in the past, I think this is a very fair price. Good work, on time, seems to be very reliable and honest (based on my experience as well as my friends input who has used them for a little over a year), and good rates in my opinion. And they were super nice to my dog, and any pet owner knows how important it is to have folks in your home that are nice to your fur babies. I referred another friend of mine (her cleaning is the end of this week) and I will get a discount on my NEXT cleaning as a result of that referral...and I am very happy about that.
