Wonderfully. Very professional and completed the work in a t timely fashion. I would certainly use them again.

It went very well the repair took two days due to testing.

They found the correct tires, and had them on the car in 30 Minutes.

Great service. It was my first trip to Estes. I had my tires rotated, and balanced at another store, where I had purchased them with a lifetime rotation and balancing service in the original purchase, but they just did not do a good job with the balancing. So, I paid Estes to do the job, and their balancing was much better. I will use them again. I do like a professional staff and clean waiting room; I have never had a better experience in the customer waiting area and where the order is taken.

They were very fast; I was there less than an hour. They also had good phone service; they answered quickly and had my tires brought over from the warehouse. Maybe not the best deal but very courteous friendly and quick service.

I first sent in a quote request via the internet on a Sunday (they were closed) received a response Monday. Called them to clarify and confirm. My mother in-law took in the truck and reported that everything went well and that the Estes staff was very helpful and professional. This means a lot coming from her as she is not easily pleased.

It was good. I went in with my fiance, and even though I had looked up most of the information for my car and was knowledgable about the vehicle as well as paid for my service, they were more interested in telling him the ins-and-outs of the service. My car has been running great on the new tires, but it is a good ol' boy establishment.

I was able to get a quote and schedule service all through email. Service was done very promptly. Website did not have prices listed for any tires I looked at, but the quote was very competitive.

I took my Honda Odyssey van to have 4 new tires (furnished myself) installed and a 4-wheel alignment. The tires I brought in were top of the line Yokohama's and did not want them to wear unevenly or prematurely. That is the only reason I requested an alignment. My vehicle was tracking straight and had no noticeable issues. The service was completed in a timely manner and I picked up my van. On the way home I noticed that the steering wheel was turned about 30 degrees to the right when the car was pointed straight. At the same time one or more of my wheels had a shimmy that was obviously a tire out of balance. I turned around and headed straight back to Estes. I explained the problem and was told that they had 3 or 4 cars ahead of me and it would be best if I could come back at a later date. huh? But I just gave you $220 to perform a service that you failed miserably at, and that is the best you can do? So rather than argue and cause a scene, I chose to drive my car back 30 miles to my home and return when I had the time. Because of my work schedule, it was several weeks before I could find the time to return. When I returned and explained the situation to the service clerk, he did not give me much of a hassle. They took it in for service and called me a few hours later. He said that they had adjusted the steering wheel and it should now be pointed straight. However, the problem of my tires being out of balance is actually caused by my lug-nuts. That's right folks, lug-nuts! So again I take the high road. I realize that he wants to make something for this extra time that he is spending on my vehicle and I buy the lame story about the lug-nuts for a total of $108. I justify it by telling myself that in the least the problems will be fixed and I can put this little issue to bed. I pick up my van and head home. On the way, I notice that the steering is better, but the wheel is still turned slightly to the right. All that tells me is that nobody thought that it was worth a test drive to determine if the problem was corrected. As well, the tires were only marginally better, and produce varying degrees of vibration at different speeds. What? The lug-nuts were not the issue? At that point, I decide to just drive it for now because I cannot keep spending an enormous amount of money and time to remedy these issues. So here we are, 3 or 4 months down the road and I am still reminded of these problems each time I drive the vehicle. I realize that if I want the job done right I am going to have to take it somewhere else to have the work performed. It looks as though I will have to shell out more money in addition to the $328 that I have paid Estes. So, would I recommend Estes Tire? Only if you have much more time and money to spend in having tires installed on your vehicle than I do.

They corrected what another company had done wrong. They got the work done in a timely manner. They were very courteous. It now runs great.

Estes is great for tires, service, and general repairs. Established facility in Hoover has ASE certified mechanics. It's family owned. Thay have a clean showroom and waiting room with wi-fi access. Last week, we discovered that there was a leak in one of the tires that we had purchased from them. It turned out to be a nail puncture. Estes fixed it at no charge.

Overall, they have excellent service.

I give them all A's and I would use them again.

I heard good things about Estes Warehouse Tires so I decided to give then a try when I noticed I had a slow leak in my front passenger side tire (Took a couple weeks to go flat). So I took my car over to Estes on a Saturday before noon. Front counter is really friendly and they had me out of there in about 30-45 mins even though it was pretty busy. I would come here again.

I had some brake issues with my car, there was a weird metal on metal scraping sound that would eminate from my brakes and I could also feel it in my brake pedal when I braked. Since I previously got my tires from them and had a good experience I went back. I brought my car in at approximately 8:30 AM and they called my cell about 2 hours later telling me I needed a rotor replaced on my passenger side rear wheel and this was causing the sound. They also suggested I got the brake lines bled and refilled since I was about to reach 100,000 miles on my vehicle. The whole process took about 4 hours. Great service and very professional.

I had an emergency situation where I had a tire punctured and needed to get it replaced over the weekend. So I went to Angie's List; looked up tires and found one not too far from me. It was a tire place that had seven positive reports so I decided to give it a shot. I took the car there and they were open on Saturday. The people waiting on me were older gentlemen that had some experience, let's say that. I like that. You usually go in places where there are young guys that haven't got the time for you and just kind of want to get your money and go. But these guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. I found over the years working with the major tire chains that the people doing the work are not very conscientious and usually do more damage than good. This place did a good job and put the tires on in time just like they said they would. They got me finished over the weekend like I needed. I've been using them for about 4 years and they are absolutely wonderful. They are really great. They are very professional. I don't feel uncomfortable when my wife goes there for her car. She doesn't really need to talk with me about it. I'm confident that they'll do a good job. I don't have to worry about them trying to take advantage if she doesn't know what's really going on. My wife had an oil change and all the other work was about $650. They did a lot of work. My wife's oil change is $100 because she uses synthetic oil and it's an enormous engine. They are fairly priced. I've had a ton of mechanics in my lifetime and they have been the only ones that I have stuck with. I would continue to use them in the future.

The staff was friendly and courteous, and service took no more than 30 min. The price was close to what I expected to pay. The exact product I requested was out of stock, but the staff provided good alternatives. Professional service.

My vehicle was stolen, so I had to buy a new used vehicle and had a lot of work done on it. I spent about $1,000 on that work they did. The reason I go back to them is because they don’t try to up sell to you, push or recommend things that you don’t really need. They are pretty straight forward about what we found and what needs to be done soon. They are very customer oriented and every time I have gone in for any kind of service I get a thank you card in the mail with the salesman I dealt with business card along with the thank you card. A car repair is expensive, but I don’t think they are anymore expensive than anywhere else. I was trying to figure out why my check engine light kept coming on and when I would go in, there was no charges whereas the car dealership just to hook the computer up to my car to tell me why the light kept coming on. I went to them 3 times and they looked, checked and let me know what was going on and we figured out what to do. When you go in they don’t make you wait.
