Description of Work: Mike Estes did an outstanding job pressure washing the entire exterior of our log home and applying the stain. They even washed all exterior windows as well. I will definitely hire them for any future jobs I have both inside and out. They showed up when expected and if weather prevented that, they always called or texted to give an update. His professionalism was top notch and the price was great. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Description of Work: Interior painting, drywall patching, painted kitchen cabinets, and performed minor carpentry work. Crew did an efficient job and did good work. Not perfect in every detail, but professional and responsive. They were able to take an existing condition that was not straightforward and clean it up nicely.

Description of Work: Mike and his team power-washed, prepped, and painted the exterior of our home, including all porches and trim work, repaired some poorly installed gutters and added a downspout. The entire team members were always on time, and the job was completed flawlessly. We would recommend them highly. The job was handled very professionally from the time of the quote to completion.

+ 0 moreThe morning I started calling painters for estimates I called 6 painters. Mike arrived within 4 hours of my call and listened carefully to the work I needed and provided a written estimate. The initial work of pressure washing started within a couple days. Once the painting started Mike and his crew worked continuously until completion. Drop clothes were used on the drive way, deck and front door awning. As Mike worked on the house he commented on various areas that looked good and pointed out any areas that may be of any future concern. Additional work was completed at no charge (replaced 1 sewer cap on the roof, checked gutters for debris, replaced 1 leaf guard that had fallen off the gutter, primed and painted the top of the chimney cap.) At the completion of the job all areas around the house were cleaned up. All work from time of estimate to job completion was 7 days. Mike and his entire crew were all very friendly, courteous, and conscientious and willing to help at all times.
Description of Work: 2300 sq. ft. house - brick on 3 sides - siding on the back Pressure washing, hand brushing of exterior eaves, soffits, one arch window, 2 house gables and the siding in the back of the house about 800 sq ft, caulking as required, especially where brick matches up next to siding where brick grout had loosened and fallen out over the years.

+ 1 moreArrived to do estimate the day after my call. Estimate was third lowest of four and the lowest from an insured and bonded company. Started a few days after the estimate as agreed, worked continuously and finished promptly. Pressure washed the entire house. Repaired some damage to columns and eaves which were included in the estimate. Also repaired a little damage to a handrail which wasn't estimated at no charge and agreed to include cleaning out gutters at no extra charge. Did a good job of not getting paint on brick or other non-painted surfaces. Mike and all his workers were very friendly and conscientious.
Description of Work: Painted exterior trim, doors, garage doors, etc. of 3000 sq. ft. brick home (except aluminum windows).

Description of Work: Estes painted the entire inside of my guesthouse,(two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dinette area), they pressure washed it and the decks, and water sealed the deck. At the main house they painted a bay window and two new pella sliding doors, pressure washed my deck, painted the railing and some trim.
