I paid for a service that did not get complete in a timely manner. It took them two months to come complete the jobs and was paid 2months ago to do the job. Then when the installer came 2months later which i had to keep calling them and should have had to do that. He didn't have all of my materials and stated that he will be back once it comes. First, of all I preferred him not to start if he didn't have all of my materials. Secondly, he have a week from the day which he install to get back to finish. Every time I called it wasn't a reasonable excuse to way my service wasn't being provided. I will be taking legal action. At this point I am tired calling you all. I will make sure this type of service will not happen to another customer. Thirdly, the customer service representatives garbage they never know anything and can't answer question correctly.. I am making sure every social media site get how horrible you all customer service is.

It went terrible. The installers set off the smoke alarm 3 times, refused to wear mask in the house and did damage to the property. We complained and the came back a month after install and did nothing. We complained again in November and were purposely ignored for over 3 months! They ignored us till we threatened the BBB. When the office manager showed up she agreed with all the issues. Told us they would fix it to our standards. Now they are refusing to. They did not install the quarter round properly, left a hole in the wall from the knee kicker, all transitions are loose, ripped the trim off our cabinets, broke the door stoppers and pulled the base boards loose when pulling up the old carpet. They even left the toilets loose. Now they are only stating they will only fix the quarter round and toilets. The office manager is a liar with poor customer service. We paid $14,000 for this and only got $6,000 worth of quality. Don't trust these people.

Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had to endure from a well-known company. They messed up from the get-go. Too many incompetent things done to count. DO NOT USE!!!!!

They were very good and we were impressed. I like them. Two persons came out and it took them about 3-4 hours. They worked hard.

That has been a very good experience. For what we needed they were very professional and stood by their work when something was wrong. They actually gave us the discount and came back out and fixed it. They are a pretty bigger national corporation. They are everywhere. They are very good.
