ED'S LOCK & KEY

I had two keys for my 2000 Lexus RX300 cut and programmed. The gentlemen that did the work really knew what they were doing, so that's the main reason I would use them again. Other factors that could be an improvement are customer service and the waiting room. It was a really cold day and they had the door wide open and it was really cold inside. I had to wait for at least an hour and probably a little more before they finished with me. However, all of it was not their fault. I was kind of a problem case because one of my programmable keys had been run over and glued back together. They first thought they were going to have to flash my car's computer, but I showed them the parts of the key and they figured out it was the master key and they were able to do the job for $110 instead of $300 - $400. So, bottom line - these guys know their business. But, don't expect great customer service or a plush waiting room. I would use them again - unless I found another locksmith close to where I lived or one with a nicer office.
