The technician was professional. He went right to work, found the issues and fixed it. Then, he asked if there was anything else. As a matter of fact, there was. He ended up fixing a light cover that was loose and replacing a ballast. Great guy! Super nice and affordable. Our end bill went up due to the cost of the ballast.

Over the weekend several of the outlets in my kitchen, including the one that provides power for the microwave and range hood, just stopped working. Myself and several other moderately handy people examined the breaker box and did all the usual things to fix it, and then decided a professional was needed. First thing Monday morning I got on Angie's List, selected this electrician based on the excellent reviews, and called to make an appointment. I left a message and was called back almost immediately. After I'd explained the situation, the gentleman told me that they might be able to fit me in that day and if they couldn't, they'd definitely be able to come by on Wednesday. He said they'd call at least 30 minutes before hand to make sure I was home. First Monday and then Wednesday went by without a call. Wednesday afternoon, afraid I'd misunderstood, I called them back. I left a message and, as it was late, didn't expect to hear back until the next day. Lunchtime Thursday, I called again. I has now been a week and I'm still waiting for a call back. I understand that sometimes appointments get missed. Someone in the office doesn't write something down or writes it in the wrong place, but the professional thing to do when that happens isn't to then avoid that customer's calls. This may be a wonderful electrician, but the unprofessional manner in which they've treated me will keep me from ever finding out. **Update Within a day of posting this review, the provider did call to apologize. Of course, by that time I had already scheduled an appointment with another electrician.

They were on time and did a complete job. It was expensive, but professional.

We needed an electrical outlet run to be able to put our plasma TV above the mantle. Nathan came out and made a recommendation for the cable and HDMI run into the same box. Professional work, cleanup afterwards. Great job.

He did a good job. He did exactly what we hired him to do. He did an excellent job. Alabama Power inspected his work and it was good. He is very honest and I would trust him.

It was great. The guy was really nice and it didn’t take him long. He knew what he was doing. The price was reasonable. He showed up on time and I didn’t have to wait long for him to come fix it. I like him and I would use him again.
