I have been a loyal Details customer for years. They have always gone above and beyond to provide great service that exceeds my expectations. I keep an annual service contract with them so that my yard stays looking great all year long and I don't have to deal with it. They also handle the annual tasks like fertilizing, pine straw, leaf clean up, etc. They take good care of their customers too. I had holiday party coming up at the house and had mentioned it to the crew foreman a few weeks ahead of time and he remembered and showed up that day just to make sure everything looked perfect. What a surprise to see them out there on an unscheduled day just to make sure all was well. These folks truly understand customer service. Even when something has been not what I expected, they went way out of their way to make sure it was right and I was satisfied.

At this point, I'm fine with what they've done. They've just done the first treatment, so we have a bit more ways to go before I can give more feedback on them.

He's very responsive, and great at getting back to me. If something is left incomplete, he gets someone out within the next day or two to fix it. He shows up on time, he's flexible with scheduling, and his quote was spot-on. He's great!

The sod looks awesome. The team did a great job in laying the sod. There is one corner that was marginal, but I readily admit that the corner is awkward at best, so no harm no foul. They were timely, and Michael was very professional. If I had to critique anything, and it's a stretch, I would have liked to see the bobcat work done a little smoother. I don't want to seem like I'm complaining, because I'm really not. Perhaps my expectations were not realistic, but it's a bit bumpy. I'm sure it will settle out over time. Again, they did a great job, and I enjoyed their service. Payment was a snap, via email, and I would absolutely recommend them to others (and already have). (Note: everyone who came to our sons' first birthday party remarked at how great the lawn looked.)

The work done was excellent. The owner, Michael, is a real nice and honest young man, He and his foreman, Evan, had no problem with the fact of going though our house with materials and old bushes and were extremely careful not to damage anything in the house. The weather had been cold, snowing and/or rainy for a quite sometime and he was very patient with that and us. Once the weather had a small window of opportunity, he made plans to take care of our little project. His foreman, Evan, is great. Very knowledgeable and talented and provided us with a better solution for the shed pad than I had. The price was fair and the job came out great. They both worked well as a team to get the job done right! I plan to use them again for another project and would highly recommend this company to anyone else.

My experieince with details has been outstanding. I have used their services for about 6 months now, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. My yard looks as good or better than any in the neighborhood, and it so nice to wake up on a Saturday morning and enjoy my nicely trimmed yard and know that I don't have to spend half the day sweating and struggling with lawn care! They show up every other week and do their job quickly, thoroughly and professionally. I think their service has been worth every penny to me in time saved, reduced emotional and physical stress. Concrete patio removal went very smoothly - all 10,000 pounds if it. New grass sod and a few shrubs were installed and the end result looks great. Entire project was handled in a very professional manner, from the initial bid to the completion of the work.

I obtained several estimates for routine lawn care for my yard. Details had the best comprehensive price. I have been with them for severals months and am happy with the work and the quick response to any request.

How I hope that I have found the landscapers I can stay with! Several of my neighbors recommended Details. I admit it, I am picky both for value and for thoroughness. Hopefully the level of expertise, professionalism and attention to "details" will continue and I will be able to whole heartedly give an outstanding service award in 6 months AND take the service to our new home!

I just walked around the house with the owner/operator, Michael. Super nice guy. Knows what he's doing. When my yard man disappeared several months ago, I wanted a more professional service. I got several quotes from Angie's List companies. I was impressed with all of them. Details was what I thought was the best combination of professionalism and price. So far -- through two visits -- they have not disappointed. It seems there are an army of people in my yard.

Michael called me back that same day and referred me to another company who could provide quality topsoil for a garden project. He was very courteous and professional, trying to make sure that I would get my needs met.

They do a great job. Our neighbors say we have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood. It cost a bit more, but we don't have to do anything...they do everything when it comes to our yard. We will continue to use them.

We have been using him for a while and have been extremely satisfied with his work. Details is run by Michael Cowan, who is a very meticulous and knowledgable young man. He takes great pride in his work and is most anxious to please. Would recommend him, unhesitatingly, to anyone in the area who needs a yard maintenance service.

I contacted through email on May 1st asking for yard clean up, trimming shrubs, etc. and finally got a response on May 3rd saying they're too busy for clean up jobs but would be happy to give me a quote on regular service and lawn treatments. They suggested I move down the list of companies on Angie's List until I found someone who had availability. I replied asking for a quote on regular maintenance and said that I was interested in an annual agreement. I got an email back the same day saying he would come by, check it out, and email me an estimate. It's June 27th. I never heard back. They have great reviews here which is why I contacted them in the first place so I would hope their lack of responsiveness was just a fluke. :(
