 + -1 moreThese guys did a great job and were super friendly and attentive. I called to get estimate on liner and Gary came out immediately and measured and called me with the price. From there I waited until we were ready and showed up at their store and picked out a liner. Rodney was very patient we even changed our mind on liner before he ordered it. You pay 1/2 deposit to order liner and then Rodney comes out to install it. It looks great. Small family owned business with friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Although I did not actually use their services, I found excellent ratings on Angie's List that led me to them. They took time to explain and answer all my questions about installing a new liner pool and recommended someone in my area that used to work for them to help me with a new installation. The local company I hired spoke highly of Creative Pool.

 + -1 moreI am so glad I found these guys on Angie's List. I have had pool problems all summer long. I have spent a lot more than state above just on chemical's this summer. The other companies I dealt with just want to sell you chemicals and test your water (some of them are listed in this category by the way). I call Creative on Wednesday afternoon. Super helpful on the phone. They had a couple of guys out to my house the next day and they went right to work, after diagnosis what the problem was. Before they got there, my pool was greeeeeeen. On Thursday evening I could already see the bottom of the pool. They came back two more times to vacuum and test chemeical levels. By Sunday we were swimming!!!! Great Response, Great Work, Great Attitudes!!!I also needed some repair work on my Polaris. They took it back to the shop and I got a call back in a few days from the guy who worked on it . Told me what he did, how he was able to save some some money, and tested it in their pool at the store. Very knowledgeable. Not the experience I had at another pool place. Get Team!

It's a family-owned company that works to satisfy anything you are dissatisfied about. I think their prices are comparable with other people in this area.

 + -1 moreI was impressed by how much time Creative Pools spent on the phone with me even though they weren't being paid to do so. They also could have taken this opportunity to push a new liner on me but instead suggested trying a diver that could possibly patch it instead. In the future, I will be sure to call Creative Pools.
Description of Work: We woke up this morning to a rapidly leaking pool. I found the information for Creative Pools on Angie's List and called them around 8:30 am. The man that I spoke to spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone helping me look for the cause of our leak (broken valve spring, leaking liner, etc). After 15 minutes or so, he determined that the leak wasn't due to our filter or pump but that the liner was leaking. I immediately asked if they replaced liners, which he said they do but that most likely ours could be patched, and he referred me to a "diver" that would patch the liner w/out draining the pool. I thanked him, called the diver, and our pool was fixed by 10:15 am.

 + -1 moreService and advice have always been outstanding. Excellent people to deal with. I have been in this house for 6 months and knew nothing about pools or pool maintenance to start with. They have patiently educated me since then. Not pushy and don't try to sell you on things you don't need. New pump and filter are outstanding.
