It did not go at all. They took my money. Six months later, I have no roof and they are nowhere to be found or contacted.

They came out in January to get the check and finally came back three months later to fix the roof. Their first time out, they caused some damage to the satellite dish, which needed replaced. When a new dish was getting installed, we found out that they had not actually replaced that part of the roof at all like they said they had. We were owed a refund and it took three months to get a check. Cornerstone ordered a dumpster to use for the job and never ended up paying the dumpster company. Also, they did not pay the company that delivered the materials for the job. We now have two liens on our house because of these issues. We have reached out to this company and their has been no response.

They had my old shingles removed and the new ones put on in almost one visit, they came out the following day for the remaining work as well as cleaning up and it only took them 2 1/2 hours the second day.They had to leave the dumpster at the house but, called to get my permission first.

They did not do the whole roof originally as they were supposed to. We did not even realize it until they came out to supposedly inspect it. My husband looked and said they had left off a good portion of the roof. They did only about two thirds of it. I called my insurance company and they said they were supposed to do the whole thing. They came out to do it, but the crew that they sent out was the same one they sent out the first time. They had tar all over my driveway. It was a mess. They pressure washed around them, so we had black places around the driveway. It was awful.
