Description of Work: They finally sent someone to check my leak after the first person they referred failed to appear or return my calls. The second person arrived, looked at the problem, told me that he would call back with an estimate and a date of service but I never heard back from him. The individuals were friendly enough, but simply did not follow through. When I finally called Cornerstone back, I was advised to go elsewhere...

+ 0 moreCornerstone Properties Rl Est were more willing to work with our budget, than other companies we talked to were and they helped us get the best we could get, for the money we had to work with. They did a really good job and they were really quick, especially considering how much work we had done. Everyone was very nice and fairly easy to get a hold of. He worked with a couple of subs that weren't easy to get a hold of. But the owner came by every day to check on the progress, which I thought was good. There was a little hang-up at the end with our insurance, but I don't know if that was due to them or our insurance company. He was nice to work with and worked with us very well. I felt like he really tried to give us the best price on everything. It looks really good. We really liked them and they did quality work.
Description of Work: They did some remodeling and replaced our hardwood floors.
