Corey Dotson, contractor

Having experience bad service with a previous contractor, we hesitated to comment on any work until we knew the workmanship would hold up. We can say uncontionally that Mr. Dotson and his crew did superb reliable work which have stood the test of time. We enjoy our home every day because we put our trust in him. The kitchen: no leaks around the new sink nor any problems with the back splash. We choose an European single pane large window which matches the small window for the bathroom, both looking out onto the back porch, were placed well. The downstairs bathroom doesn't leak (it was leaking into the wall before) and the fan is now properly vented to the outside. The selving he put up is now our "Safety Room" so we store food, water, and emergency gear, heading there when tornados head out way, thereby helping to protect us. Our "master" bathroom was so tiny, we thought no one could make it work. But by removing the tub (our second bathroom in the hallway has one), putting in a tiled walk-in and sit-down shower, a smaller sink and designing a cool corner bamboo floor to ceiling enclosed unit, along with the single pane window to make the room feel bigger, we love it. And the back porch ceiling? The crew used proper staples and it hasn't budged since. The improvements make this 16 year old so comfortable that when we decide to sell, I can feel good about the changes.
