+ -1 moreWe've used these guys for since 2013. Cort, David and Barry are all friendly and knowledgable. They've always been honest when describing problems and solutions and never treated us wrong. The longest I've ever waited to get on the schedule is one week, and if they know it's an emergency they'll try to get there same day. The only downside is that the receipts/invoices come via email and take a few days to arrive, but that's a minor drawback. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThis is the 3rd time I have used Cool Breeze. They have responded promptly, because when your AC goes out in mid summer in AL you need someone as quick as possible. Every time was handled professionally and in a reasonable time for repairs.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt. They came exactly when they said they would come. The service technician, Cort, was VERY professional and knowledgeable. he even changed my air conditioning filters all over my house. I didn't ask him to and he didn't charge for it. He explained everything that he was doing and I was just really impressed. I would definitely call them back.
Description of Work: Cool Breeze came out and fixed one of my units that wasn't cooling.
