+ -1 moreWas prompt to start work and return originally, but they managed to completely ruin them. They first put polyurethane on without staining any of it. Then they were apologetic and going back to finish and repair what they had done. But instead they made a HUGE mess. They put stain and polyurethane over the polyurethane and evidently did not sand the other they had put on off. You could actually take your hand and rub off the finish and polyurethane that is on there. They also got stain all over the walls, and baseboards. They just left the job and did not finish or contact us that they were through or going to try to continue to fix. We have tried calling and contacting them for days with no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have never had an experience like this before and hope and pray we do not again. We had to hire another company to come completely redo the floors and paid out another $2500!!!!!
