Description of Work: Their staf could not get my times set right. When they had people set to come out to my home they did not always show on time or at all. They did not seem to take my concerns to heart when I called to discuss the situation. The only time I herd from the people in charge was when the bill was not paid because of a clerical error in their office. They were supposed to charge my credit card weekly and failed to do so. At that time they had to charge several weeks at once. We did have one caregiver that we liked very much and was very good. Because of her schedule we could not get her every time.

Description of Work: I use Comfort Keepers- Birmingham for Housecleaning. They go into senior homes and do house cleaning and sitting with patients. They come weekly.
