I called Cassady & Self late Friday after another company had repeated problems with getting my order straight. They scheduled me first thing Monday morning. Parts were on hand and the work was complete within a few hours. Rides to and from work were a plus. The interaction with the insurance company went smoothly. The price seemed comparable to other quotes, although I paid just my deductible.

Fairly fast, I waited about an hour and a half the glass was well done and cleaned after installation.

It was a great experience. I dropped my car off on my way to work and they gave me a ride. It was ready by the time I got off work, and I was able to pick it up with no trouble. It looked great. The staff was very informative, professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I called Cassady and Self in the morning to get an estimate and an appointment for an auto window replacement. They said to be there at 12 that day and that it would take about one to one and a half hours to complete. I was almost 30 minutes early. They took my car right in and completed the job within 45 minutes. Everyone was on point. They explained what they did and the care of the window for the next few days. I was totally pleased with the courteous personnel, the speed and quality of the work and the follow up information. I would definitely use again and will definitely tell my friends about my positive experience.

I got the Angie's List discount, didn't file on insurance, everything went smooth and no problems. There was small amount of greasy residue left on window but came off with window cleaner.

The technician called about half an hour before arriving, giving me ample advance notice to make sure I was home to meet him. When he arrived, he parked his van in the driveway and set up his work area, then worked on my car while it sat in the garage. He was professional and courteous without being overly talkative. He got right to work and did a good job. His answers to the few questions I had were direct and concise. Before leaving he reminded me not to drive the car for an hour, and collected payment. This service was as smooth, efficient, and pleasant as one could possibly expect. I have no complaints at all.

Went great. Did the replacement while I continued to work inside, called me when done. I came out, gave the man my payment. He told me not to have the car washed for a few days while the seal finished setting, and then he was gone. Done in a jiff.

I scheduled the replacement a week or so in advance. The day of the replacement, I noticed a thunderstorm was going to come through my area around noon. I called to ask if that meant they would be unable to replace the windshield. He assured me that they would not try it if they thought the rain would happen during the replacement procedure. I also asked if the rain just after the replacement would cause it to leak, etc. He again assured me that what they use would cure quickly and that they have some kind of tape they put over the seems to keep water out until cure is complete. The installer arrived exactly when I was quoted and the process took the exact amount I time I was given. The rain came a little while later and we have had no problems. The tape started coming loose that afternoon as we were driving and had to pull over to remove the remaining pieces, but that really wasn't a big deal. Overall, the process went very smoothly and the service was exactly as I had hoped it would be. The price was also the best I had found, after calling three other businesses that do the same work.

Let me first say that I have never taken the time to do a review of a company or service before...this is a first, that being said, the estimate was lower than any others in town I called, so I decided to give them a try. From the phone call for an estimate, until I picked my car up after installation, this company was great. Service was timely, price was excellent and the staff were especially friendly and professional. I hope I don't need to ever have another windshield replaced, but if I do, I'll most definitely use them.

Their quote ($140) was much lower than the other quote I got from Safelite Autoglass ($218.95). They did the job and they did it well.

I broke my windshield on Friday at 1pm. Pulled into Cassady & Self at 1:30pm, was promptly helped, and was ready to go by 3:30pm. Price was reasonable based on prior windshield replacement cost on same vehicle out of town. Very well done on a Friday afternoon with no appointment.

The tech showed up and was so courteous! I watched as he placed the new windshield in and the care that he took. It showed that he took pride in his job. He noticed that I had a dash cap (I could never get the thing put on right because the windshield was in the way) He offered to glue it down and was so nice! I am so happy that I chose them. I will be using them again if the need arises!

Called a local body shop and found that they use Cassady & Self so I called them. We discussed replacement versus repair and the large crack we had warranted replacement (as I thought before calling). Asked for quote and told $155. Asked about bringing the car in versus having the job done at home -- told that it was what was ever best for me. The only thing is that they wanted one day lead time to do off site work. I decided to have them out and said tomorrow which was fine for them. The technician was supposed to call before he came but just showed up (about 8:40am) and got to work. He helped move the car to where it was easier for him to work on it. Very quickly got to work and did an excellent job. He helped move the car back. Probably took 20 minutes. Gave me instructions on when to remove the tape, how long to wait before washing car (1 week). We have now been through rain and a car wash without any indication of problems. Excellent experience.

I had water leaking over part of windshield and in another spot that I couldn't pinpoint in '99 Jeep Cherokee. I called around and Cassady & Self had reasonable prices, were friendly and courteous, and gave me a quick estimate over the phone. At the shop, they looked at the car with me, explained in detail which of 2 things they might have to do, and explained why it would definitely fix one problem but may not fix the other problem (the 2d leak I couldn't pinpoint). They called me later that day to explain which option they were going with and when the car would be ready. When I picked up the car, the person who did the work took me out to the car and explained again in detail what he had done. I haven't any problems with the car since through 2 heavy rainstorms. My only minor quibble is that they didn't call me on the day they said the car would be ready for pickup, but the next day (it may have been ready the day before; I didn't call).

This was a very professional group of guys with great respect for my home. They were polite while they were here. The project only took them a few hours to complete, and it looked so much better than I could have ever imagined. They did a great job, and they were good at cleaning up after themselves.
