Description of Work: The estimate by Case was higher than two others i had received but I had decided to go with Case due to their rating on your site. However, after back and forth communication with them (once i had selected the Granite), Case seemed unwilling to provide an itemized est. with only the work i had requested and would not give me the cost per sq ft for the Granite i had chosen. When I contacted Randolph to question this and also shared other ests. for the same work, I was basically told to go with the other company. I undersrtand the need for profit margin and paying more for quality work, but i think Case should have at least provided an itemized estimate with all the costs that i requested. How else can a homeowner be sure they are comparing apples and apples? I am very disappointed that I have wasted my time with Case which further delayed getting this work done.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for a major remodeling project in my home in Hayden, AL and they refused to come out to give an estimate. Our project involves a new roof, remodeling two baths, install hardwood floors in four rooms and install new marble kitchen counters.

Description of Work: I had this company draw up a design to remodel part of my home. Overall, the company did a fine job. The staff was very professional and not pushy in any way. I thought they were an excellent company but I just decided to go with someone else.

Description of Work: Perhaps this is a bit picky of me but I have a small job (replace a door jam) that I need taken care of but they would not do an estimate up front. They simply want to send someone out and charge by the hour. We're not prepared to write a blank check for any job. End result we have chosen to look at someone else.

Description of Work: They did some repair work on my back door because it was not closing properly. They also install a 4 by 4.5 foot built-in shelving unit that they custom made.
