Excellent! He did a fantastic job pre-treating (even found some spots I had not seen) and then cleaning the carpet. Uses a citrus based cleaner, so the house smelled great. Carpet dried in about 2 hours!

Our whole carpet did not need to be cleaned because it was not dirty, so we had them clean the high traffic areas only. They cleaned the areas with a floor buffer instead of the spray gun system normally used to clean the carpet. They removed the stains by using a brush. The carpet came very clean when they were finished and the price was very affordable.

Carpet Cleaning by Southern got our carpets very clean. They removed all of the stains and the high traffic areas look a lot better. The carpet dried in about an hour and a half. We are very happy with the service we got from them.

The owner always does a great job for us and is very dependable. He normally does the whole house for us, but when I need him to, he'll do spot work. He's not the cheapest in town, but he's well worth the cost.
