Mr. Rogers, as I fondly call Jody Rogers, has been a straight talking but unfailingly polite professional through every step of the work he has done for us. We started this process around April of 2014. It took our insurance company about 9 months to sign off on the very extensive work that needed to be done. Mr. Rogers called me frequently and assisted at every turn. He located the perfect company to make the tiles in Ohio and explained the many advantages these shingles would provide. It took a long time for the shingles to come in but when they finally did, Mr. Rogers was there the next day with his crew. He oversaw every aspect of the process and made sure the roof was properly guarded against the rains that slowed things down a bit. The outside work was completed in a timely fashion. We wish to vacate the house for the inside repairs which involve repair of plaster ceilings, sanding (lots of dust) and painting. We have been solely responsible for the current delay primarily for health reasons. Mr. Rogers has been so patient and thorough in the work that he has already done for us that we have decided to have his crew complete other work needed inside the house. We are hoping all of this work can be done this winter and look forward to working with him and his crew again.

We hired Cardinal Roofing (Jody Rogers) to install drip edging on the roof on the front of the house. He charged us $1000 and did a very bad and improper job. Not only was the drip edging installed improperly they also damaged many shingles in the process. What a terrible experience my son and I had with this roofing company and Jody Rogers. Jody Rogers is ill tempered & unreliable. He doesn't know what he's doing, he has a bad reputation among other roofers, in general he's a total rip off. He doesn't stand behind his work, won't accept responsibility & gets rude and defensive when you call him back to check a problem with a job he did. When we called him to come back to attempt to get the problem solved he was rude and defensive and would not accept responsibility. We had to hire another roofer (Authentic Restoration) to redo the job and fix the damage Cardinal Roofing did. He would not refund or redo the work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY

I used these guys after my insurance adjuster told me I didn't have any more damage than my deductible would cover. They helped me get a second look from the Insurance company. They went up on the roof with the adjuster and pointed out damage missed by the first adjuster. I ended up getting a new roof on both my townhouse and carport. I was completely pleased with their work. Fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed they completed the entire job in one day! Only negative was slow to respond to several e-mails.
