 + -1 moreThey were able to come the next day after I called. I scheduled an afternoon appointment. They called to let me know they were about 45 minutes before arriving. They quickly located the tank electronically. Had to take down part of our chain link fence to get the small backhoe in to dig to the tank top. The backhoe had rubber tracks, which was nice to limit the damage to the yard. Pumped and inspected the tank, explained what had been done and what they saw to us. They replaced the tank top, the dirt and put the fence back up. Everything was left as they found it with minimal disruption to the ground considering the work that was done. Nice folks and were fast and good at what they do.

septic tank
 + -1 moreRemoved sod and soil from over the tank. Cleaned out tank. Did not do a fabulous job of replacing sod and restoring landscape materials. I was having some problems with wet areas in the yard that I thought could be related to my septic system. Mr. Caple said that cleaning the tank would not fix the wet spots, but he never explained what was causing them. He said he could fix the problem for $5,000.00, but again, did not explain why all the work was necessary. I decided to seek a second opinion. Overall, the service provided was acceptable. Mr. Caple was prompt and polite throughout.

septic tank
 + -1 moreCaples came out quickly and immediately pumped the tank and discovered a host of issues that were affecting the system. Modifications were made to the system along with the installation of a new pump. The system has worked well ever since.
Description of Work: We have a house where the septic tank has to pump up hill to drain to the field lines. The original design of the system had been problematic since it was built 3 years ago. While out in the yard one day, it became obvious the system had quit functioning. On a recommendation from my father-in-law, Caples septic tank was called.
