The owner was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I decided upon his company after an exhaustive effort to get an estimate from another company. In the mean time some prices had changed and the company owner wanted to increase the price a bit. It was still lower than the other bids. His materials, roll-off and roof crew showed up on time and did an amazing job on the roof in one long day. The deck took two days and looks great. The repair to the ceiling took longer than anticipated but came out very well. I had some problem with communication with the owner as he always seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere else but all in all Building Concepts did a fine job and I would use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced roof, installed insulation under roof decking, replaced much of the roof deck. Repaired and repainted cathedral ceiling. Built wooden deck.

Unfortunately, I was stretched rather thin at the time the work was completed. I always try to spend as much time on-site as possible but sometimes logistics just do not work out the way I plan them. I have since been back to the home to repair one item that we did not work on originally, free of charge to the new home owners. I try to make it a habit, to come back and address any issue, no matter how small if there is any grey area about anything that may or may not be my company’s responsibility. Plus, the new home owners were as nice as Member, so they were a pleasure to help out. Thanks for a good review, it is very much appreciated. We love working in Greater Birmingham.
