I called several people to come and repair the water damage to my upstairs room before it leaked through the floor, or the ceiling collapsed and did more damage. No one said they would be able to come out within 10 days to 6 weeks. I called Bradford Building and they were just incredible. They came right over and started work immediately, ripping up wood, and pulling out insulation. They just couldn't have been any nicer. They were willing to work with me, and with what materials I had available to make the job a little cheaper. They even went so far as to go to another job site to get a piece of wood to put over the hole in the floor. If Bradford Building hadn't come out when they did, my entire house would have been ruined. I am so very pleased I was able to get in contact with them.
Description of Work: I had an air conditioner leak all over my upstairs bedroom while I was on vacation, and I came back and discovered it last night. It rotted the wood underneath, destroyed all the insulation and began rotting the ceiling underneath. Bradford buildings came out to repair it all.
