Very prompt in responding to my inquiry - they came exactly when they said they would - they were terrific in educating me about the problem - and they were so very nice while doing so. Best of all my fireplace is now working perfectly. I am a very happy customer and I will call them in the future when my fireplace needs service.

Cameron was great to work with and forthright. Ran a bit behind schedule on his appointment time due to unforeseen circumstances but kept in constant contact and was very apologetic for a minor inconvenience. I highly recommend Black Widow.
