It took three months to complete the room. Roof leaked and I had to have it replaced. Was told that it was done incorrectly for a flat roof, windows won't close but owner said window company went out of business. Slow to complete. Wood on deck curled and warped within two years and I had to have it replaced.

My father referred them to us. He was pleased with his new sunroom that they did. So we contacted them, they came out a few days later to give estimate. They seemed nice and trustworthy. We decided to use them, they asked for half of estimate ($4,000.00) to purchase materials. When they come out for the check they will provide a contract of what work is to be done, etc. This did not happen. They came picked up the check, no contract was given, we asked when they would be back to start work "in about a week or so". No definite date was given. So no contract and no date. Of course we admit that was stupid on our part. They did show up about 2 weeks later, completed the roof in a days time. It looks okay. It was another week before the gutters were put on. They ripped our old gutters off, literally. It was explained to me that the old gutters were caulked to the house, but instead of removing them in a kinder gentler way they just ripped them off, taking alot of paint with them. In the very front of the house there is a very visible spot where there is a little rotted wood but instead of calling us and telling us about it or asking if we wanted it replaced they put the new gutters over it and then called us and told us the gutters were finished and they needed to be paid the balance. My husband unfortunately was at work and unable to inspect the work. So now, we have to remove the new gutters put in some wood filler and paint, all of this could have been avoided if they would have had the profesionalism and the courtesy to just call. I also told them I wanted an invoice or receipt upon paying the balance. That didn't happen either. I gave them the final payment and the next day I received just a plain email, no letterhead, no invoice, no receipt, just a plain simple email stating basics of what was done. In conclusion the owners wife was the only professional person and I commend her for efforts however, I do not recommend them to anyone. The work was okay, the owner is somewhat of a busy body and does not seem to care about how his business is represented. I guess it's just all about the money and not about the experience or quality of the service.

Experience was very satisfactory. Tom came out at a time that was convenient for us and gave us a price, which we felt was very reasonable, on just doing the window screens. We were so pleased with the quote, we chose to also replace all the screens and screen door on our deck. Tom explained the difference in the wire screens and the plastic or vinyl ones so we could make a proper choice for our needs (and they were the same price). Also, we had a choice of screen framesto match our house, and we got different colors on the house and on the deck - again, no extra charge. Tom came back on a day that was convenient for us to do the work. Three of the screens were not quite the right size; Tom apologized and came back with the right ones, again at a time convenient for us. Tom hauled off our old screens and door from our deck. I would note also that Tom is very personable and friendly.

They showed us their design and we agreed on it. They came out and had it built in 2 days. They were very respectful and asked good questions. They cleaned up really well when they were done. The price was okay for the amount of work they had to do and I would, without a doubt, hire them again and refer them to everyone.
