Description of Work: The company mailed a brochure to my home giving a monthly price for DISH Network Top 100 for $19.95 a month plus a $100 cash rebate for a 10 month agreement. When they finished my order they wanted $40.93 a month a rebate. The company said "$100 rebate is calculated in the monthly price of $19.99 for America's Top 100 where the customer receives $10 credits...for up to 10 consecutive months. It does not state in our ad that this $100 is in addition to that reduced price after rebate." I have the brochure in hand. There does appear to be a great deal of VERY fine print in the lower right corner. It seems cleverly designed to look like a decorative element. I had it examined by our printing contractor who determined it to be 4 point type in VERY LOW RESOLUTION rendering it unreadable. This in and of itself is a deceptive practice. The word "free" on the Free 2nd DVR is in 48 point type and the "2" beside Free 2nd DVR is in 102 point type. The "19.99" is in 240 point type.
