The salesman told me the job would take a total of 4 days, it took 6 and they had to hurry to get finished at the end of the 6th day. I believe the job was understaffed since only one painter and a helper were assigned, and the helper had been on the job only 2 weeks. They showed up on time Monday the first day and the painter had an abscessed tooth, etc and spent a lot of time trying to find a dentist to take care of that. He left on and off that day for a total of 2 hours. They started at 8:30 A and were gone by 3"30 P with time off for lunch. Only once working to 5:30 P as scheduled and that was the last day. Then they all had some disagreement on the last day grumbling among themselves about wanting to leave during the inspection and walk thru. Finally on the 5th and 6th days did they get an extra person. They had no shop vac. for clean up, the had no plastic bags for disposal, "borrowing" those from me. Asked for my shop vac but I refused. They did not adequately cover our furniture and rugs, getting dry wall sanding dust in and on everything. In one instance they used our dining room table to put their tools on and it was not covered. Left debris and junk such as empty water bottles and soda containers stacked in one corner of our dining room. Anything they did pick up was left on our front porch for the 6 days. I took some and put in our garbage cans to help them out. The painting was mediocre at best with dripping on the baseboard and lower walls, over runs around the trim, touched the white ceiling with the roller at some cases, and never completely removed the wall paper, electing to paint over them causing deformations in the wall, etc. Missing some spots all together. It was nothing short of a night mare and these people should not be receiving 5 stars for anything. Very lucky I even paid them. It took my wife and myself and the help of our daughter two full days just to clean the place, and two more for my wife and I to move back in. Most was totally uncalled for. The owner and salesman visited the job site on the 3rd or 4th day and was informed of most of this and they were very nice. But what the company claims and what actually happened were entirely different. I am sorry to say I would never recommend this company to any of my friends since they were unprofessional, slow almost bordering on laziness, sloppy and mediocre work and absolutely zero clean up.

They did a fantastic job and were very professional.

They were very good letting me know their schedules when they were going to start and a finishing date. Over all I'm very impressed with the painting of my house.

The painters who are sub-contractors for CeratPro did a good job overall. They were very courteous and professional. However they were a little messing and did miss a couple of spots here and there. They did have to come back once after the final walk-thru to clean up spots and finish a closet door that was somehow overlooked initially. They did the call back without hesitation and the job is 100% complete. I will use CertaPro again and do recommend their services.

Painting crew (Danny and Michael) were very courteous and professional. Anthony the crew chief came by on a regular basis to check on progress of project and resolve any issues. David Hicks (owner) was a pleasure to work with and is a true professional. Would recommend this company to anyone. We plan on using them again for some interior painting in the near future.

Cleaned and painted exterior trim, repaired and replaced some wood, did not get paint on roof and other surfaces and cleaned up very well.

After a few estimates from various painting companies I decided to go with CertaPro. David Hicks was easy to deal with and is fair and honest. He provided a thorough printed estimate with pictures of the work to be done. His crew did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire them again.

David Hicks and his team were very thorough and did an excellent job with the entire interior of our home. We were very pleased with the follow up and how quickly the work was completed. I highly reccommend!
