Description of Work: Renovated two houses with additions.

Description of Work: I did not go forward with my project to have my basement finished; however, I got a quote from this company and asked him to break it out by task and cost per task. He did this in a timely and professional manner. I believe his price was reasonable although I haven't vetted it against other contractors yet. I also viewed some of his other projects and based on his professionalism, I wouldn't hesitate to have him do the job if/when I proceed with my project.

Description of Work: Someone came out. Listened to me and promised to send someone out. Called to say someone would contact me. Last I heard from them. I received nothing for my money.

Description of Work: Outstanding company. I have used Stuart and Banks Home Building on two occasions. I highly recommend Banks.

Description of Work: Mr Banks came to see if we could do a remodel to enlarge kitchen and dining all one room. After several ideas we decided with all the variables involved it would be too costly to see a return on the investment. This decision based on the fact I am planning to move in the next 2-3 years. I appreciated his honesty. Mr Banks was very courteous and professional. I will definitely contact him if I need a project that will keep in a home for more than a couple of years.

Description of Work: I would like to request a refund for this so called "super deal" valued at $200. The value of this deal is $0. When going to the builder's website to schedule the consultation, the builder clearly states that design consultations are free. Assuming that possibly the "sketch" portion of that consultation is where the value of the deal was, I met with the builder to conduct the consultation and expected a sketch worth $200. His "sketch" was no more than jotting down some basic room dimensions that any contractor would have taken to develop even a ballpark estimate for a basic tile job. Not a sketch of a room renovation as the deal implied, by no means above and beyond the free consultation this contractor would have provided without the super deal, and in no way valued at $200.
