Authentic Restoration

The process from beginning to end was great and far exceeded my expectations. We initially had a leak in our ceiling in our kitchen which proved to be a problem with the roof. Scott came out and took a look and saw the roof had been damaged by wind over the past years and contacted our insurance carrier for us. He worked with them and their adjuster to verify this and the roof was replaced a few weeks later. Scott and his team went out of their way to contact my insurance carrier to take care of all the paperwork. The only thing I had to do in the end was pay the deductible and the upgrade on shingles we got. A+

Scott was excellent. He was friendly and professional, provided useful information and did quite a bit of roof maintenance for a great price. Only complaint would be arriving about 45 minutes late, but it happens. Overall a very positive experience.

They were prompt on returning my call. He first did an inspection and gave me an estimate. I accepted the bid and scheduled the repair. It rained that day but he called and rescheduled. He was professional and polite and cleaned up after the job was done.

Scott Bullard was great! Personable and professional, he replaced collars on the vent pipes that pass through, one of which was the source of our leak; he inspected the whole roof and sealed popped nails and a broken/missing shingle; he found and corrected an irregularity in the starter row that caused a leak which is causing a portion of the soffit to rot. Very importantly, he said the roof is fine for another 3 or 4 years, which is a great weight off my mind and I will definitely call Authentic Restorations when I'm ready to re-roof! He is also getting me an estimate for replacing some wood trim around the chimney enclosure, and for replacing the bad section of the soffit--one of the reasons I selected this company in the first place because they can do this other maintenance as well as roofing. As a single lady of a certain age, this is the company I need in my "go to" file. Thanks!!

I purchased the Angie's special $49 Roof Maintenance Package. It was totally worth the money. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He addressed and corrected any issues he found. I had minor leaking around pipes and he repaired the leaks around all pipes. He was prompt and very professional. Great job!

It went great! They came on the scheduled day, and did the job really quickly. My new roof looks great and they were extremely neat...really cleaned up debris from yard and driveway. They even cleaned any debris that went into neighbors yards.

I purchased a coupon, it consisted of inspection of roof, hammer nails down if there were any sticking up, and check the antic. Did not go in the antic and did not hammer down nails. I feel like I wasted $49 to get a $450 estimate to hammer nails down, replace a turbine and fix a split shingle. He was very nice and on time, but everything else NO, i was not happy!

The service was very good. He was very informative, he fixed what was needed, and I am thinking about having him do more things for me. He explained what was going on and he was very good. He said that his company does all kinds of repair work and I am considering having either new carpet put in or flooring, and I want the rooms painted. I have told them that I am thinking of moving everything out and they do the work, and then put back everything in, and he said that his group can do everything. He took a lot of time to explain to me how the roofs fail and why. He showed me what was going on in the neighborhood, and I really appreciated him informing me.

He was very helpful and fixed all the issues. He explained I may have a problem in the future because of nails being pushed in too far by another contractor. He seemed knowledgeable and was very nice and punctual. I would definitely recommend him.

From start to finish, the whole process was very well planned-out and communicated by Chris. Authentic Restoration guided us through the process of dealing with our insurance company, helped us decide on the right roofing choice for our house, and stayed in contact with throughout the whole construction process. The work was performed at a very reasonable schedule, and looked great after they were done. By far, the best part about using Authentic Restoration is Chris. He stays in constant contact with his customers. He always kept us in the loops as far as scheduling, work, etc... He was available to answer any of our questions or call, even during evenings or weekends, and it never felt like he was bothered by any question we may have. He would also follow up with us every afternoon during the actual roofing process to make sure we were satisfied with progress, clean-up, etc...Customer service at its best. I would definitely recommend these guys, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for another project.

Perfect. Scott called in a timely manner and when he said he would be here, he was. We had to work around rain and he was very easy to work with.

Spent an hour with me explaining all the different options I had with my roof. Was very pleased and plan to use them when my roof needs replacing.

I have now used Authenticate Restoration twice. The first time I purchased the Roof Maintenance Angies List deal. They came out to my rental home and inspected the roof. They patched up some areas and then called me indicating that they wanted to bring someone else from their office out to get a 2nd opinion. Based off of that opinion that determined that nothing else was needed and that any minor leaking that I had previously had now been fixed. Because of their honesty and thoroughness, I decided to use them again; this time on my home. They came out, inspected, and told me that this roof needed repair. The price was fair considering the amount of work that needed to be performed. After all was said and done, they performed an excellent job! Not only did they remove and fix the fascia, wood, and shingles, but they also painted to the piont where no one would ever be able to tell that any work was done. They even sent me the paint color that they used. Excellent! On top of all of this, I was NOT present for any of the inspections or repairs. I knew that there was a small leak in my rental property and I could see the damage to the fascia in my home. Authentic Restoration did a great job of sending me pictures of what was uncovered as well as their end product. I will definitely be using them again!

Because of some leaks, we were under the impression that we needed a new roof. Scott came out and inspected everything. It turns out we had more of an issue with some debris trapping water on our roof. We do not have any large leaks, and we have 3 or 4 years left on our current roof. He could have easily told us that yes, we need a new roof and gone ahead and gotten a large sum of money out of us. Instead, he told us the truth, explained things completely, and told us about the $49 maintenance package. We purchased the package, he came back out days later, and not only completed everything in the package but also cleared the rest of the debris off the roof for us, saving my husband a trip up. We were impressed by the honest, thorough answers we received and the extra mile when it came to customer service. Authentic Restoration will be our go-to roofing guys from now on and will be who we call in the next couple of years when it comes to doing the big job.

He was great. He pointed out other things that needed replacing . This was a metal pipe that was rusted . He gave me a very fair price and I intend to use Scott in the near future.

I purchased a special from Angie's List to inspect my roof for overall condition and for any problems needing attendtion. I also discovered three days before they came that I had a leak in the roof. Scot came on time as scheduled and repaired the roof and performed an inspection of my roof. Due to the nature of the lead it was repaired for no additional charge. Very cordial, knowledgeable and informative. I would feel comfortable and positive about using this company again.

The service provider came to my house,inspected the roof and told me that they could not do anything.

We ended up getting the roof claimed with our insurance company, so we were only out of pocket our deductible and any other upgrades we wanted to do. The guys handled everything with our insurance company and were very professional. I couldn't have been happier. I was updated constantly if things changed last minute and I always got a response back same day if I had a question about something. Very knowledgeable and go into a teacher mode when explaining issues that they find and how they are going to fix them. They are priced a little on the higher end, but not the most expensive. They will even tell you this. But, the quality of work and piece of mind knowing it's done right is well worth the extra money you'll pay. The house was done in one day and included an amazing cleanup job. We only found a small handful of nails a week or two after the job was completed. The nails were hanging out in the gutter and after a good rain they washed down. I have highly recommended these guys to friends and they are now on my favorites list for any work I will need in the future.
