Description of Work: "Shawn Ballington was the primary contact person for my roofing job. There were addenda to the contract, and the first day of the job the first addendum was breached: Mr. Ballington was to be on the job prior to any work due to my concern about a language barrier. He arrived over an hour after the workers had begun. |One worked relieved himself on my cement turnaround between two parked vehicles. |Gutters were damaged and, although I was promised a follow-up visit and correction to the gutters, this never happened. Mr. Ballington also said someone would come to give an estimate for repair of rotten wood at my skylights. After waiting for over two weeks with no follow up, I sought another contractor to do the work. |Totally unprofessional with regard to completing the job as specified in the contract addenda. |I would NEVER use this service provider again. |Michael F. Response from Authentic Restoration
This job was completed in September 2013, over two years ago. There were absolutely no complaints made to anyone at Authentic Restoration at the time. There has been no contact from this Customer since that time either. The Sales Rep mentioned in the review took another job in the first quarter of 2014. I don't know how to respond to someone that registers a complete over two years after the job was complete and registered zero complaints with our Management Team at the time. We will contact him now to determine if there is something we need to do in order to make this job right.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at the roof and made a few comments about the roof. They indicated that one small area of the roof needed a few shingles and he'd be back to take care of it. He never came back.
