Description of Work: On inspection, the representative made me aware that the dish, that we were not using but still attached to back of my roof, was causing leakage around the bolts holding it on the roof. The shingles were warping and the wood beneath was rotting. An estimate was provided and approved by me and within two days the repairs were made. The price was fair and the work was excellent. Would definitely use Authentic Restoration again.

Response from Authentic Restoration
We met this Customer almost a year ago. We contacted him to determine why he filed this report because our recollection of the meetings did not indicate any reason for the grades he gave us. When we spoke with the Customer, he didn't remember our company. Then he said, oh yeah, the guy I met was named Terry, right? We advised the Customer we have never had a Terry that worked in our company. It was obvious he had another company confused with us. Why someone would file a bad or mediocre report when they don't even have clear recollection of the company they dealt with seems strange but I guess it is what it is.

Response from Authentic Restoration
We contacted this Customer to follow up and determine what was wrong. She told us that Angie's List actually called their home phone, spoke with her husband (who got us confused with another Contractor) and got this negative report from him. We have a copy of this text message conversation to prove it. Very frustrating to say the least.
