We had a wind damaged roof and we made claims to our insurance company. The claims were rejected twice by the insurance company. We had to prepare to repair the roof with our own expense. We asked Authentic Restoration LLC to have an estimation for bid of the job. I was very surprised that the technician they sent for the estimation spent about one and half hours up the roof for investigation, including taking photos. We had at least 4 - 5 other technicians from other companies to estimate the cost. Nobody spent that much time like he did. One person even did not climb up the roof. The technician then told us there were significant wind damages of the roof and we were eligible for wind damage claim. He contacted our insurance company and spent a lot of time in dealing with the adjusters, discussing the damage and reaching a solution of the claim. With his help, insurance company replaced our roof in full price, including reparing the indoor leaking damage. Both my wife and I really appreciate his serious, honest, professional attitude in treating his business and customers. Before installing new roof, this technician explained everything in detail, including their labor insurance, company profile, payment methods etc. He even suggested we needed to move some delicate decorations from the bookshelvies. He sent enough men (16) to the job on the day. The job was well done in one day. The installers cleaned the yard, drive way and surround areas for nails, dust and debris. Next day, one installer showed up for further cleaning work. WE DID NOT HAVE FLAT TIRE AFTER TEH REPAIR. Indoor painting is nice. Painters put killers to cover the water leak. After they put first coat on the ceiling, they found the color did not match the ceiling in other rooms. They stopped and went to buy new paint. Finally they made the paint very clean and matched the color to the whole house. The job was neat. and they removed all the delicate furnitures and cover all the area. Finally, they vaccumed before they left. We are very pleased with Authentic Restoration LLC. We will recommend to our friends (we did one already) and keep our relationship for futhre home repair work.

When I called, they had someone out right away to repair. They also painted my ceiling at no cost to me. I felt very comfortable working with Scott.

I have a leaky roof. I called Authentic Restoration to get an estimate for a replacement since the roof is 17 years old. A member of their sales staff came the same week and looked at my roof. He took some pictures and promised to get an estimate to me in a few days. I never heard from him again.

Authentic Restoration does a great job and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone needing roof replacement! Their inspection revealed I had significant hail damage to my roof as well as the siding and some screens. They met at the house with the insurance inspector to make sure he was aware of all of the damage (they were not required to do this). They brought me big samples of shingles and showed me photos of completed roofs in the choices I was contemplating. They replaced the roof, including underlayment. I had heard some horror stories about roofers, but Authentic's references checked out 100%. Chris Baldus of Authentic pointed out that my existing shingles were held on by only two nails! My house is on a ridge and takes a lot of wind, and I frequently lost shingles. At my request and expense, they replaced the turret vents with ridge vents and upgraded the shingles. The roof work was done in a day. I had an opportunity to be there to see some of the work performed. The workers were polite, fast, professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They left me a pack of the shingles in case they were ever needed in the future. Authentic subcontracted the paint and other repairs, which were done as soon as it was warm enough for exterior painting. Their sub likewise did a great job. All of the work was completed within the original estimate. e have had several storms with 60+ mph winds since the new roof went on and I haven't had a shingle budge!! I was delighted to recommend Authentic Roofing to at least a half dozen friends whom I knew had roof damage. Almost all of them decided to have Authentic replace their roofs -- and all rave about the same service and quality of work that I receive.

Everything turned out great! They even added ridge vents for air flow. They finished the job in one day. They brought a dumpster to throw all of the old materials away and cleaned up well. They men that came were professional and polite. I had another estimate done and with that company, my insurance wouldn't approve the job but when Authentic Restoration took showed my insurance company my roof, they then approved it.

I liked that I really didn't have to do anything - they dealt with my insurance company and were here whenever the insurance adjuster came out in order to explain what needed to be done and make sure everything was covered. Every step of the way they were the ones to communicate with the insurance company. They were outside when I was getting ready to go to work and when I got home in the evenings there was never a mess left behind.

I have never had tornado damage to a home before but with the help from Authentic Restoration, Chris, the ordeal went very well. Great workmanship, work ethic, and professionalism from the beginning to the end. I hope I never have any storm or tornado damage in the future, but if I do, I will be calling Authentic Restoration. I would recommend them to all my friends.

They worked very well with my insurance company. My roof was damaged to due storms and a tornado. I tried to get the damage costs approved by my insurance company but I was denied. A friend suggested I call Authentic Restoration. I called this company and the insurance process went seamlessly. They were able to get everything worked out. They were also extremely professional and efficient. It took about one day to complete the work. Everything he told me was dead on and the work looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend their services. They are the only company I would use in the future.

Every meeting call was ontime. We received their estimate done with another. They started exactly when they said. Finished everything on time and outstanding workmanship. Follow up was outstanding also.

A travesty!!!! The "supervisor" was not experienced - actually found out at end of job, mine was his FIRST job! His crew did a simply lousy job - they were messy, not careful with eaves, shrubbery, etc. The back half of my roof looked like it was roofed by a different crew than the front - they had to do a LOT or "repair" work to make it look decent - and decent is ALL it looks. Would not use nor recommend them in any way! I did my homework; I checked on the company - they are with the Better Business Bureau, on Angie's list and had done work in my daughter's neighborhood that looked great. Don't know what else I could have done; I am a widow and felt very much that because I am a woman and alone, they took advantage of me. I actually had to get my brother-in-law to come over and talk with the "men." I don't believe I would have gotten even the work I got from them had he not been there.

I called the company for an estimate on roof repairs. They sent out a salemans who proceeded to try and sell me a roof. When I told him the insurance company would only compensate me for repairs (not a complete roof) he said he would take my information and submit it to "Scott" in the weekly meeting on friday and some one would contact me regarding the estimates. No one ever called.

Chris was extremely professional, friendly and on time. Couldn't have done it without him from start to finish, the roof is perfect.

Everyone we dealt with was great! They were extremely friendly, easy to work with, flexible, and easy to contact when needed. They arranged all work around our schedules and worked well with our insurance company (State Farm). They made the process as painless as it could have possibly been! The only problem we had was actually with the company who supplied our shingles - they sent the wrong color. This was not at all Authentic Restoration's fault (they ordered the right color) and as soon as they discovered the error, they worked with the shingle company to get the right shingles out to our house immediately. We weren't even home, and half the roof was already shingled with the wrong color, but the roofer knew we wouldn't be happy with the results and fixed the problem the same day. The roofing crew stayed late into the evening hours to get the roof done due to this mistake. I was also very impressed with the clean-up job done. This was very important to us with a preschooler and a dog that play in the yard. We have found very few nails in the yard - great considering the number used in a roof our size! We discovered a minor problem after the work was done - one of the vents didn't seem to be attached correctly at one end when looking from the ground. When we called about the problem, the owner came by himself the next day, went on the roof and checked on it! Can't say anything better about this company - they roofed many houses in our neighborhood and everyone loved them. I would recommend them to anyone!

It went great! We would hire them again in a minute! They were personable, prompt, and worked well with our insurance company. They listened to what we wanted, and were responsive to our desires. Their work was very neat; we found practically no trash in the yard afterwards, which was important to us, as we have pets.

I have never had a major house repair go so flawlessly. I keep waiting for the other shoe to fall, but so far I can only deduce that this company represents the hope for the survival of the American spirit. Excellent work ethic throughout the company, embodies that go- getter American spirit and the final product represents excellent craftsmanship performed in a timely manner. Superb!

I was contacted with a knock on the door about my roof needing repair. I was hesitant at first but agreed to listen to what they had to say. Salesman went up on roof and took photos. Showed me pictures and I agreed to call insurance company and ask for an estimator to come out. That is basically all I had to do. Salesman from Authentic met with my Insurance adjuster and they came to an agreement and the Insurance company gave me a check that day. Authentic started the work as soon as possible. They were very professional. They cleaned up every day and hauled they trash away so that I did not have a dumpster parked in my driveway. The salesman checked up on the roofing crew at least 3-4 times a day. My experience was very very good. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
