Chris was prompt, he was courteous and he completely checked my roof, repaired some small areas and prepared my roof for winter by caulking some areas. He have me good advice for the future needs I will have for my roof. I look forward to doing more business with him. He exceeded my expectations.

These guys are impressive, professional, courtesy, and are definitely experts. The time involved exceeded my expectations, the price was lower than their competitors, and they were very accommodating to see that I was satisfied and the job was done the right way.

My roof had been storm damaged sufficiently that leaks had developed in my ceilings in three places. Authentic Restorations worked well with my insurance provider to document the damage and repairs needed. Shingles were delivered one day and the roofing completed the next (my house is small and single story). There was a two week delay until the painters arrived, but the painting team completed all internal repairs and painting in one day. They even replaced two light fixtures for me, as they had to remove the old ones for painting. Unfortunately, the day was quite humid, so the poor painters had to literally sit and watch paint dry. They stayed until nearly 8:00 PM to finish the job in the same day as promised. I was not looking forward to having my roof replaced. I have three sisters in various parts of the US and all three have had painful experiences with roof replacement. I'm glad to report that my experience was painless.

My house was in terrible shape! It was suffering from many years of neglect. Chris and his crew performed a miracle. They replaced my roof, fascia boards, soffits, gutters, and painted the trim. It looks like the disrepair never happened. I am so pleased. If you want perfection and professionalism, this is the company for you!.

SUPERB! What a pleasure it is to deal with a contractor like Chris Baldus, who is a fine man that is polite, honest, prompt, very attentive and concerned, knows his business, and does what he says he will do, WHEN he says he will do it, for a reasonable price! As you see, we had quite a bit of work done, and I must say that we are totally satisfied with EVERYTHING they did. Unfortunately we had a significant amount of exterior woodwork damage due to roofing leak problems, and some interior damage as well. The roofing job was first, and that went fine and we are very pleased with the beautiful new dimensional roof. We got bids from several other roofing contractors, and Chris' bid was very competitive with the others. We also got bids from other painting/carpentry contractors, and Chris's bid on that part was also very competitive, but there were other factors about Chris & Authentic Restoration (such as the great reviews on Angie's List, and the good feeling we got when dealing with him) plus the fact that we thought that dealing with one contractor to handle everything was an advantage, so we decided to go with them on the entire job. As good as Chris and everything was, we must also give superior accolades to his subcontractor Tim Love and crew, who did most everything except for the roofing. Tim is a TRUE CRAFTSMAN, who cares about the quality of the work he does, and really sweats the small details, as if it were his own home. A very nice guy who we got to know well, since he and his crew were here so much for a few weeks. The job was truly top-notch, and they actually did several things that I consider "above and beyond" what we even expected them to do. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job and a great experience at a fair price! Hope we need them again!

In process of selling our home and I wanted to have my roof inspected and replace or update what was needed. They came out within 24 hours of calling for appt. They were on time and very knowledgable. 2 guys came inspected roof inside and out probably for about 45 minutes. Explained everything in detail to me. Showed me the areas that needed attention. Explained pricing etc. I thought pricing was reasonable considering all that needed to be done. Within 2 days time everything was completed and they even called me back at later date to make sure I was happy with the work and to see if I had any questions. They could have easily tried to sell me whole new roof but they only fixed what was needed. I liked that they were on time and knowledgable about roofing. I could sense they knew what they were taking about listening to the 2 guys talk. I will definitely recommend them to others and call them for additional repairs in future. I will also choose them when I need a complete roof. I think anyone would be happy with this company and the caliber of people they sent out to assess my roof situation.

Seriously, Chris and Scott are the best contractors I have EVER worked with. And I am 55 years old. Everything went just as it should, the work and the product were great and their customer service is second to none. They helped us through the process, they were always on time and we have recommended them to numerous others who have also had very good experiences. Their reputation with local insurance agents is another reason to use them. If they look at your roof and they believe that insurance should cover your new roof (due to wind or hail damage or even brittle unrepairable shingles, as in my case) then there is a very good chance that insurance will cover your new roof. Give them a call, you will be happy that you did.

I was skeptical of the "deal" which specified that for $49 they would inspect the roof and fix problem areas. I figured that they would make a cursory inspection and tell me that I needed a new roof. I was wrong. They did exactly what they said they would do. The technician found several areas that needed repair to include 3 areas that were responsible for ceiling stains that I had noticed. He not only fixed the areas but took pictures of the condition before he fixed the problem. He said that with the repairs that he made that I should be able to get about 3 more years out of the current roof. He gave me an estimated price for roof replacement. When the time comes for roof replacement, I will be calling Authentic Restoration.

Chris was incredibly helpful and extremely professional. When we were shopping for someone to install gutters, he answered every question I had and went above and beyond by bringing by gutter guard samples without me having to ask. He was able to take a look at my house and get me an estimate the day after I called. They made the whole process very easy. The gutters look and work great!

It went very well. The contractor worked with my insurance carrier to get my roof replaced after severe storm damage was identified. Contractor personnel were punctual and responsive. Even the workers were so nice - helping me to roll my garbage cans to the curb :-) It was a great experience from start to finish!

Very well. This provider helped me at every stage, from negotiating with the insurance adjustor to handling all the coordination of benefits. I had no issues at all.

They did a great job. They sent one person out to do the job. They got the job done in about 60-90 minutes. The scheduling was good and they gave me plenty of options to find a time that worked for me.

I called and left a message about getting an estimate for work needed on my roof. They never returned my call. Guess they have all the business they need, but will not get any recommendations from me.

Scott Bullard called me back promptly, set a convenient time with both my tenants to meet them there at the location, arrived on time and on schedule, analyzed the situation, repaired the leaky roof and fixed the other problems, and reported back to me his findings as soon as he was completed. Roofer arrived promptly, inspected the roof, and made necessary repairs. The $49 coupon is a bargain. Will certainly call them when it is time for a new roof.

We signed up for their $49 coupon for a roof inspection. They repaired several minor spots around exhaust pipes and a few shingle adjustments. They did not try to up charge and gave an honest assessment of the roof (which still has 6-7 years of life in it). I would definitely use them again. On time, personable and professional.

This company was awesome! Chris Baldus was trustworthy and caring and made sure everything went smoothly. His crew was timely and worked harder than I've seen men work in a long time! Sun up to sun down, they tried their best to make my giant job a 1-day job but the sun gave out on them. I did have a LOT of rot! Chris came back after the job and got up on the roof and checked their work and took photos so I could see without having to climb up there myself. My new roof is beautiful! They went above and beyond what was quoted to fix everything that came up when the old roof was removed. Great folks and great work!

The salesperson was very professional and always very responsive to any questions. I felt prior to any work that was performed a thorough inspection of the current roof was performed. The materials and process was explained very well. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. The work was was performed in the time frame in which it was scheduled. I was kept up to date during the work as it was being performed and any potential issues. The people performing the work were professional. I would recommend this company to others who are considering have roof work.

Scott & Chris came out to the house checked the roof & took pictures of any/all damage. They were so professional & polite. They came in and explained everything and answered all my questions & I felt completely comfortable with their answers. Both Chris and Scott were here when the insurance adjuster came out and answered her questions as well. Their roofing crew was here exactly when they said they would be, they worked quickly, & finished the job cleaning up all tools & trash before they left. They also sent the painting crew out to repair the upstairs ceiling and then paint it; this job was done very quickly & looks great.

Roof replacement (remove two layers of shingles, replace decking, put on new shingles) and repair of damage to carport ceiling. Some delay with getting the insurance adjuster out to do inspection, but once that happened, went fairly quickly. They negotiated all costs with the insurance company, they handled it all. Chris and Scott were just superb, and when a snafu happened (roofer's foot came through ceiling in bedroom) they got it fixed. Looks wonderful, and feel really secure about our roof for the future.

Very pleased with the service provided by Authentic Restoration. A very thorough roof inspection was performed and also some minor repairs. Definitely feel like I got my money's worth. Will use in the future when it's time for a new roof.
