APS Professional Window Cleaning

The service men arrived early and got right to work. They cleaned all out windows on the outside(there are alot of them!) within a couple hours. They were thorough and polite. I will call them again for service.

The workers arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. They cleaned all of the windows inside and out. We were extremely pleased with the work. I have referred this company to friends.

We've wrestled with dirty windows for some time. My wife has gone so far as to follow Martha Stewart's advice, buying a collection of window cleaning equipment, mixing a solution according to Martha's parameters, and hitting the windows. The results were so so. We had asked several cleaning services about cleaning the windows, but none would do the exteriors, even though our windows tilt in. Finally, I saw the Big Deal on Angie's list for APS. I immediately signed up as the price ($109) was too good to beat. I did read the fine print to determine that true divided light windows were covered. The deal details spelled out exactly how many windows would be cleaned and how many panes counted as window. Since we had larger windows on the first floor front with more panes, I wanted to make sure all 26 windows in the home would be covered. They were. I e-mailed the vendor and received a note back telling me to call. I called and left a message and received no response. I called back a week later and left another message and received no response. I finally called a third time, left a message, and then I finally got a call back. The person I spoke with was VERY kind and courteous and helpful. To be honest, had the company not called back, I would have cancelled the deal and posted a negative comment regarding their responsiveness. I opted to pick a date six weeks out so we could get through the bulk of winter. I was worried that come the day of the serivce, the folks wouldn't show up. But they did, a little after 8 AM. The crew of two immediately got started on the outside windows and spent maybe an hour going around the house scrubbing and cleaning. Then they came inside and spent less than hour on the insides of the windows. They were here about two hours total and did a BEAUTIFUL job. Our windows have never looked this good and clean, even when they were brand new four years ago. I will definitely use APS again, and I imagine we will have them come next year around this time and make this an annual "spring cleaning" treat. My wife has commented that the windows look so nice. So outside of the difficulty in getting an initial response from the vendor, the service has been superb, I still give them an A overall, but if asked for an area of improvement, I would recommend they work on responsiveness, perhaps looking at Web scheduling or corresponding via e-mail.

I called approximately the first week of February for an appointment to have my windows cleaned before 2/18/12. They were unable to come by that date so we made the appointment for 3/9/12. On 3/6/12 I received a phone call from them stating they would be unable to keep the appointment and would like to reschedule. I expressed that I would really like to keep the appointment but would like for them to call me back later in the afternoon when I could be in front of my calendar/computer to try and reschedule. I finally have called them today, 3/8/12, because they did not call me back and have had to leave a message for them to call me. At this point I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed and have called Angie's List for a refund. I have had this appointment for 6 weeks and this service is unacceptable.

From the time I called to schedule the appointment to the end of the job, APS was professional, punctual, and got the job done efficiently and with great results. I would definitely use them again.

They were great and prompt. I don't have any complaints.

I did the Angie's Big deal and were very happy with the process. They were here 10 mins early, first thing in the morning. Very quiet, very professional. The windows look great and I have no complaints. They left me a magnet for the fridge which i will use to call them at least every 6 months.

They ran a special on window cleaning through Angie's list which led me to give them a call. They were extremely professional on the phone and schedule the service quickly. They also told me about a couple of other services they offered which I could use. They showed up on time and did a great job. Will use them again and I highly recommend their services.

Showed up as promised, worked quietly & efficiently, very professional & polite. I had to remind them to clean the window sills but they did this promptly after I mentioned it. They even cleaned our two multi-window back doors (15 panes in each door) and our three garages' windows, inside and out. Would definitely use them again.

We purchased a "Big Deal" coupon based on APS's very good satisfaction rating. They sent a crew of two guys, Oscar and Ismael, and they worked very quickly, and efficiently, and did a simply outstanding job. We have used several other window cleaning services in the past, but none did nearly as good a job as they did. We will definitely use them again in the future, "Big Deal" coupon or not!

They were alright, they did a good job. They broke a plant and never said anything and left it laying there. They left it smashed over the deck. They left a few of our windows that were way high open. They did fine besides that. They did not respond when we called them about our broken plant.

They did a very good job. They were very thorough. They cleaned the window ledges and not just the windows. They did extra things. They were quick and quiet.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for this window washing service. On the day of the service, the office called to tell me the 2 man crew was on its way. They set up their equipment and worked steadily, cleaning all exterior windows including the glass in the garage doors. I had requested that 2 interior windows plus a chandelier be cleaned as well (upper level windows in a great room with cathedral ceiling). This was done for a very reasonable additional charge. The chandelier absolutely sparkles and has never looked so good. What a difference the clean windows make! We were very pleased with the results and thought we had excellent value for our dollar. The only issue we had was a minor scheduling glitch; there was apparently miscommunication between the office and the workers. We rescheduled which actually worked out much better for us.

APS was very easy to deal with. They arrived when they said they would, and $109 is a good price (The Big Deal). I have a 3-floor townhome and they were quick, efficient, and the windows sparkled when they were done! One of the cleaners asked me if I was OK with him cleaning one of the windows, because it was in my walk-in closet, due to privacy issues. It was a very thoughtful thing to do, and I appreciated it. Overall, great service and price, and I will definitely use them again.

They were fine. They rescheduled on me twice but they did come out and do the windows. The guy did not speak English so it was a little difficult since he did a little more than we needed but the work was great and I would definitely purchase the Big Deal again just for the quality of work.

I bought "The Big Deal" for this company to do window cleaning. Over the span of several months, I called FIVE times, leaving messages each time, and sent emails and heard nothing. No calls or emails were ever returned. I almost contacted Angie's list for a refund. Right before the coupon expired, I finally made contact and scheduled an appointment. The workers showed up on time, but then advised me that the deal was for 25 windows (it did not specify a limit on the Big Deal.) The crew took 3 hours to do the whole house, which was much longer than I was expecting, and the cost was more than I expected because of the limit. There was one window that had tape residue, and this was NOT cleaned off. Also, the sills were not cleaned between the window and the screen. We had previously used a window cleaning company and all of our windows were sparkly clean and there was nothing in the sills afterwards. We will not use this company again.

The service was definitely worth the Big Deal coupon we bought. The crew worked efficiently and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. The only problem I have is that the results of the exterior cleaning were not as good as I had hoped for. The windows had previously been sprayed with insect repellent which the cleaner they used wasn't strong enough to remove. So although the windows are much cleaner than before, I was hoping the windows would be clearer than they are. What I really appreciated, however, is that the crew cleaned out the dead bugs (box elder beetles) that were on the window sills.

The crew arrived on time, performed their work quietly and in a very professional way. They performed excellent work. I have never seen my windows so clean!We will continue using their service every 2 or 3 months to clean our windows.

Everything was very good from start to finish.

They were friendly and very professional, were overall pleasant to deal with. They got right to work and didn’t waste anytime. They even offered to take care of all of my windows, which I took them up on.

Overall everything went great. 2 employees arrived and immediately commenced working on cleaning the gutters. The window washing went incrediblly fast. One person cleaned upstairs while the other was down. The windows and gutters were cleaned to my satisfaction. While the crew was late, they recovered with their speed in getting the work done.

They got here on time and were professional. Did a great job.
