It went really well. John White worked directly with the insurance company on our behalf. I was impressed with the eye in the sky technology he used to view all angles of our pitched roof. And I was impressed with his recommendations that we considered and employed to keep our roof looking more current; e.g. tin roof over the porch.

We were provided with a very comprehensive bid. After the work began, it was performed efficiently and with great care to detail. To fix the gutter problem they had to cut additional pieces which they painted to match the existing gutters. One small difficulty occurred and one text to Mr. White resulted in an immediate remedy. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone needing roofing work done.

John was the first roofer to call me back. He was easy to talk to and set up an appointment with me at my convenience. He was very detailed in his estimate and gave me roof sample colors to select from. He answered my many questions with great patience and brought even more color samples when I couldn't decide. He and his crew were very friendly and professional. He did everything as he said he would and has remained in contact to make sure I'm still happy with his job. I interviewed over 10 different roofers for this job, John White with Approved Roofing was and is the best! I've given his name to all my friends that need roofs because he did such a good job, and most importantly, I trust him.

He’s so incredibly nice and does a great job. My house had to have a complete roof overhaul. He did it all for $4000 and that’s just unbelievable. They were in and out in 1.5 days. He uses good materials and will give discounts when he can. I know that he tries to help people out too when they need it. He delivers what he says he will and he's even called me a few times to check that everything went well for me. He gave me his cell number and was ready to take my calls whenever necessary.
