+ 0 moreOne of the few that returned our call, called to come earlier to give estimate, text us to let us know when they were on their way, & repeatedly wanted to know if we were satisfied with their work. They went above & beyond by tacking a loose piece of siding up on roof area, attaching a screen & the columns by our shed they painted wo us asking for that. Nowadays it's hard to find hardworking men who are reliable and trustworthy. Only asked for 1/4 of payment after first day & collected remainder after we were satisfied with work. Impressed that they asked permission to work on Sunday due to a conflict on Friday. I gave a good on price because who doesn't want it cheaper! I would highly recommend Charles & crew for any pressure washing, painting or repair work!
Description of Work: Saturday pressure washed our 2 story house, front porch & back deck, also a shed, concrete pad out back, cleaned out gutters, did sidewalk & driveway. Came back Sunday, with our permission, to paint front porch railings & finish out back.
