 + -1 moreThey did a good job with the cleaning. They had to do some investigating to find that the algae was coming from the pump. They were prompt and efficient. They did have to come back one additional time for a little bit of additional algae but were happy to do so and got rid all of it.
Description of Work: Alabama Pool Services helped with cleaning algae in the pool and found where it was coming from.

Description of Work: In January we bought a house in Morris, AL which had a pristine clean, clear pool. That is until May when algae started living in it. So for the entire three months since May I used a pool company in Gardendale, AL and spent upwards of $1,000.00 on chemicals and advise of how to use them. They requested pool samples which I gladly provided. However, the pool kept kept getting worse instead of better. It became so horribly green that I was ready to turn it into a backyard pond and give up. Then I remembered a place in Homewood I had visited once and went back and talked to Billy. I told him what was wrong with the pool and some of the things I had been doing. He told me EXACTLY what to do and sold me only 3 chemicals on two different visits. MY POOL IS PRISTINE CLEAN AGAIN in less than one week!!!

 + -1 moreI had to point out mustard alge and black alge. They did nor always come on the same day of the week so I couldn't always talk to them. Nice guys but not great at the job.
Description of Work: They cleaned my pool for years because they were cheap. I guess I got what I paid for.

 + -1 moreI pay $150 per month to get them out each week. They do all the cleaning chores and there is no maintenance for me. They also open and close the pools for the season. They do a good job keeping it clean and the water blue. I have had the service for several years.
Description of Work: I have a weekly service agreement. I get the pool vacuumed, leaves removed, chlorinated. I do not know the size of my in ground pool. I pay monthly.

 + -1 moreI have been using this place for a very long, long time and have never once been displeased. I enjoy the way they take special care of my pool making sure it is blue and crystal clear. I have never had any issues with them at all. After using them so ling, they just come and do their job and leave now. No questions and no complaints at all.
Description of Work: Alabama Pool cleans my pool on a weekly basis.

 + -1 moreI think they are a really good company. They do what they say they are going to do, and they are reasonable. They are always prompt and dependable. They came out and measured for the liner. They made new lights, and I am really pleased with the work they have done. I would highly recommend them to other people.
Description of Work: The pool company came out and installed a new liner for my in-ground pool. They also do the maintenance on my pool on a weekly basis.

 + -1 moreAlabama has been doing a good job ever since we had our pool installed. Once in a while they'll also check the equipment and change filters. They do whatever is needed to keep everything running smoothly.
