I had just moved back to the Birmingham area when I experienced an infestation of sugar ants in the kitchen of my garden home. I tried unsuccessfully to treat the problem on my own. Using Angie's list, I called this company and they sent Patrick to resolve the issue. I've had one small recurrence but Patrick took care of that too. He is extremely courteous and personable, and arrives each month for follow-up treatments. He told me he loves his job. I highly recommend Patrick and this company.

This was an initial quarterly pest control service. Patrick was an outstanding representative for his company and I am extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He answered my many questions in depth and did an extremely thorough treatment. This company is all about service and integrity, unlike my recent experience with Terminix and Cooks. This company treats in the house and outside, wasps, everything. Terminix and Cooks will charge you the same or more and only treat the perimeter outside your home, trying to get you to believe you are "protected." Don't fall for it! They charge you the same for using 1/2 the chemical and 1/2 the labor in only treating the outside. Bugs will get in the house one way or another and by the time you see it, it probably has an extended family somewhere in your house! Alabama Environmental is the real deal, excellent comprehensive service, and at a very fair price. After Terminix and Cooks, my trust level was very low. Now, I cannot say enough about this company. They are very professional. They are very punctual. If you have an extra problem, they will come out at no extra charge. I really like them. They will do it as much as you want it or else they won't.
